Suddenly, Song Yu grabbed his waist forcefully. Her breathing was short and deep. When she lowered her eyes, she saw that her nightgown was raised in the chest area, with his hands still moving underneath. Shortly after, he lowered his head and pressed on her lips. He held her head up and deepened the kiss.
Song Yu’s hand glided up from his waist to the back of his neck and hooked around his neck naturally. She exerted some force and pulled his face down while she raising her head to meet his and kissed him back shakily.
Qi Chengzhi was brushing his lips against hers when he grinned suddenly. He mumbled with a low, raspy voice, “Your whole body is covered in essential oil, so slick. Do you think that it can be applied inside of you?”

“Who said that? You’re carrying such a big belly but your limbs look so thin—as if it won’t be able to support the weight of your tummy and you would lose balance anytime.” Qi Chengzhi frowned slightly and pinched her arms again. Then, his whole hand covered hers.
“I’ve been stuffing myself for every meal. Also, all the tonic and health food that your grandmother and mother gave me made me feel like I’m getting fatter,” Song Yu said. She did really think that her arms grew an inch than before.
“That’s good, I feel more secure,” Qi Chengzhi pinched the flesh on her arms again. The upper arm was still passable, but her wrist was still too thin.
“I hate you,” Song Yu said gently in a tired voice before dozing off in his arms.

On Friday, Song Yu went back to her parents’ house and brought back Li City’s specialty. She brought so many things that the driver, Xiao Fan, helped her with most of the stuff and brought it upstairs.
When she was about to enter their unit, Song Yu halted her footsteps suddenly and turned around to search for something in the garden.
“Young Madam, what is it?” Xiao Fan also stopped when he saw Song Yu looking around with a frown. He followed the direction that she was looking at but he did not see anything.
“Nothing.” Song Yu turned back and shook her head. She laughed and said, “Maybe something ticked me off, let’s go.”
Xiao Fan was still worried and went back to look around for one last time but he could not find anything wrong. So, he just followed Song Yu up the stairs.
Song Yu felt as if someone was watching her just now. Her back was tingling and she panicked for a moment. However, when she turned back and look around, she did not find anything suspicious. She thought that she might be extra-sensitive after getting pregnant, so she did not give much thought to it. Since she stopped having that weird feeling afterward, she had forgotten about this incident.
Yu Qianying saw boxes of specialties that Song Yu bought for them. She knew that Qi Chengzhi was the one who spent on all these, so she felt a little uneasy but she could not bear to reject Song Yu since she came all the way here to give these to her. She stored all of them into the kitchen.
