Dai Xiu stepped backed unconsciously every time Wang Ling Wang Ling's feet would land on the ground. Soon, the two of them hem found their way on a dead end with a wall keeping Dai Xiu to move any more than what she had already reached.

”W—what do you want of me>” Dai Xiu was no one stupid, she was smart and already knew that her plan of seducing Wang Ling was not working and now, fear lingers inside her head.

He made one action that left Dai Xiu unable to eke a sound out or even move as her feet was trembling too much. Wang Ling had aimed close to her ears and in the process of Wang Ling trying something to intimidate her, it resulted in a great success.

”Do you wish to live or do you wish to die? If you wish to live, then follow my orders, if you wish to die and even pretend to help only to end up backstabbing me, then I will torture you till you will wish for death to carry you away.”

At Wang Ling's words, Dai Xiu remembered the tales and rumors looming around the cities of the Frost Domain. The Northern Devil was a fierce and fearsome personality that will kill anyone in a horrific manner.

Dai Xiu was fearing for her life, so much so that a part of her was sure that she was going to die and had given up. But her will to survive was ignited upon the sudden words of getting to live. This resulted in her agreeing readily.

”I—I wish to live, I do not want to die.”

Wang Ling smiled, he knew that Dai Xiu was not a fighter despite being a cultivator. She was a fifty-five years old woman who still looked like in her twenties. For someone at that age while being a saint, it was truly young. Only a handful ever get to be considered anyways.

Seeing the trembling Dai Xiu, Wang Ling brought a single piece of paper, ”I want you to issue an order and gather the people of the Chaos Union. I also want every higher-up they have present. Use this as bait.”

Wang Ling threw her a piece of paper and as Wang Ling did, he said another piece, ”Do it in three days' time, any longer than that and I will kill you.”

Wang Ling was not someone who will move without any plans. The planning he now with him shall start now.
