”I wonder if I should kill you now or take my time with you,” Jasper said quietly. He then turned part of the seal into blades aimed toward Killer No. 3 and Killer No. 4. The two killers struggled to break free.

Tormenting highly trained and high-ranking assassins would make a great story, and it would boost Jasper's reputation to new heights. Jasper left the blades floating in midair and watched the terror curdle in the killers' eyes as he contemplated killing them. But suddenly he retreated quickly without any hesitation.
