Ester, who finally got the chance to do so, immediately hugged Xander inside the room. She could finally get the opportunity to meet her grandson of her dear brother, the deceased rightful King of the Yue Clan, Arthur.
”Oh, God… My handsome grandson. I am your grandmother, your maternal grandfather's sister. He would surely be happy to see all this from where he is right now including your mother knowing you and your family are at least now safe my grandson.” Ester cried while she stared at Xander.
”You look exactly like your mother, Kayla. Oh, God, you're so much alike.” Ester gasped while she touched Xander's face.
”Thank you so much grandma for helping us out too. I am sure you will also soon find your grandson…” Xander whispered, grateful that his grandmother Ester could also finally have the peace of mind that she needed and could now easily deploy an entire unit to find her missing grandson now that Yun was dead.
”I am hoping so, grandson. And may you and your family also find peace now.” His grandmother, whom he only got the chance to meet that day, wished. Xander hugged her one last time before they got ready to get blindfolded once again and returned to Quan clan territory.
Xander and Lana were escorted back to Quan Territory where he heard of the good news that Yera was safe and in good condition together with their babies. She was escorted to Life Hospitals because she had fainted.
Xander was extremely worried when he heard about that although Zach confirmed to him that Yera and the babies were fine. Chad wanted to celebrate Xander's victory before he left, but seeing his worried face, he arranged a private plane for him with immediate effect so he could go straight to his wife.
”I can't thank you both enough for what you've done.” Xander said to Chad and Lana before giving them a tight hug.
”I expect to receive a hazard pay and bonus, you know,” Lana replied in a jest.
”How about you bro?” Xander asked grinning.
”Nah… It's nothing. Just make sure you live a peaceful life and don't worry, I will soon revise the Mirage twisted rules and make several reforms… So that the future descendants of any clan won't suffer like what happened to your ancestors…” Chad reassured.
”By the way, that princess Raine helped us a lot and I want to thank her as well,” Xander commented because it came to his knowledge that she was the one helping them in the shadow. She was also the one who was on that motorcycle who saved him and Yera.
”Ironically, his man before Tyron said to me that in case you want to thank her… He said you can do it through your wife. She and your wife seem to be friends…”
”What?! Yera knows her?” Xander burst in confusion and Chad nodded.
Still confused, Xander bid his farewell to Chad and Lana.
