Ling Tian was looking at this beautiful woman more closely and saw that she had a green fist sized sword patterned seal on her upper right arm. In order to accomplish this, Ling Tian didn't have to activate any of his eye bloodlines as Ling Tian's base perception is enough to see through such things with ease.

” And what's your great grandfather's cultivation level?” Ling Tian asked with an indifferent expression as he simply kept staring at the Ancestral Blood Scier Seal on the black haired beauty's right upper arm.

” Half-Step Divine Emperor Realm...” The black haired beauty said in a low voice. She looked at Ling Tian to see what sort of reaction he would show, but, Ling Tian seemed as if he didn't even hear her words.

” Why would you think I would help you?” Ling Tian asked.

” I--”

” The seal on you is at its last stage you know? Even a peak Divine Emperor is unable to help you.” Ling Tian said in an indifferent tone.

” I know that I can't be saved. But please help my two nephews. I beg you. I'll do anything you want, if you save them.” The woman said in a pleading tone.

” You're really overestimating yourself. What use could you possibly be to me? Your body? Sure you're beautiful, but it ain't worth it for me to expose my identity over you.” Ling Tian said with an indifferent tone.

” Ling Tian, please help sister Yan... She's been through a lot.” Su Fengxi pleaded for the black haired beauty as well.

” .... ” Ling Tian simply ignored Su Fengxi's words.

” First answer me. What is your name?” Ling Tian asked the black haired beauty.

” ..... Lin Yanran....” The black haired beauty said in a quiet tone while sniffing. It's obvious that she was holding back her urge to cry.

” You... You're a divine cultivator! Should you be crying like this? You're losing quite a bit of face here.” Ling Tian said while trying to hide his awkwardness.

Ling Tian would have usually simply agreed to such a beauty's desperate request. But after the last time he spared Madara once, Ling Tian began to understand that his kind and merciful personality might bring him too much trouble in the future, even if he is insanely powerful.

In this world where only the strong and decisive will survive, Ling Tian's kind and merciful personality is not the best attitude one should have.

Ling Tian knew this better than anyone as he had all of Devil God Virtyq's knowledge. But...

Ling Tian couldn't bring himself to abandon his original personality. A personality that his 'Mother' liked and loved about him. Whenever Ling Tian thought of the nun who raised him on Earth, Ling Tian would feel his mind at ease, at the same time, he would feel longing towards Earth and desire to be able to go there at least once so he could see his 'Mother' again.

Ling Tian looked at the beauty in front of him and asked, ” What are the names of your nephews?”

Lin Yanran raised her head and looked at Ling Tian with her tear stained eyes and said, ” Lin Ling'er and Lin Ke'er...”

Ling Tian didn't show any surprise as he already knew that Lin Ke'er is related to this woman.

Su Fengxi had a small smile on her lips as she looked at Ling Tian.

” You said you'll do anything right?” Ling Tian asked Lin Yanran.

” Ling Tian! What are you saying?!” Su Fengxi exclaimed.

Lin Yanran looked at Ling Tian with a startled expression then after some time she nodded.

” Mn. Okay then. From now on, you are mine. Your everything belongs to me. In return, I'll get rid of that stupid blood seal.” Ling Tian said.

Lin Yanran got excited when she heard Ling Tian agreeing to help her nephews but her excitement dimmed when she heard Ling Tian say that she belongs to him.

Lin Yanran looked at Ling Tian and saw that he didn't really look at her with any desire. At this point, it was obvious that Ling Tian was simply finding a reason to help her as he didn't want to help for nothing.

' I'll die in a few years. If I can fulfil my promise I made to my brother, then that's all I need.' Lin Yanran thought in relief at the same time felt guilty.
