26 Devouring The Cursed Blood Energy, Training Is Too Easy. (1/2)

Ling Tian had a face full of expectation, but it slowly changed to that of impatience then finally to utter disappointment and grief.

” Is this it? But little Zhentian said I would definitely breakthrough to Spirit Refinement Realm after I integrate with the spirit root. Then why am I stuck at peak 10th level Body Refinement Realm?! Just a little more and I would have gotten back my system.” Ling Tian grieved over his misfortune while completely ignoring the sudden breakthroughs he had achieved just a moment ago.

” *sigh* forget it. Since it's like this, I'll just have to find some other way to breakthrough to Spirit Refinement Realm...Now then, I should find a way to get out of this place.”

Ling Tian looked around his surrounding and all he saw was endless blood red coloured wasteland. He started walking around to see if there is a way to get out of this place, but all that he could see was bloody misty air, blood red sky and blood red sand. There was no other living being in the place. Not even insects and plants.

After three hours....

Ling Tian had aimlessly wandered in the lifeless desert for more than three hours and still didn't find anything.

Suddenly Ling Tian stopped walking and observed his surrounding.

The bloody air had started to form a small cyclone around him. Ling Tian was startled by this.

Ling Tian soon found out, what is the reason for this phenomenon.

It was the black vortex within his soul.....

The Devouring Force.

” It can't be....It's actually devouring the cursed blood energy in this place?!”

Ling Tian was startled to find out that the black vortex was devouring the cursed blood energy in the surrounding. Jiang Zhentian had told Ling Tian that, the cursed blood energy in this place is an accumulation of blood energy from the bloodshed in the Heaven's Fall World for millions of years.

Whoever is trapped in this dimension will lose their mind because of the malice in the blood energy if one's soul is not strong enough and this particular blood energy restricts most of the bodily functions, such as regeneration, recovery, hunger, etc., and also amplifies the senses of the body, whether it is pain or pleasure.

But according to Jiang Zhentian, because Ling Tian's Saiyan bloodline seems to be a mutated variant, it has many unknown innate abilities.

And because of this mysterious bloodline, he is immune to the effects of cursed blood energy.

Ling Tian soon became relaxed. He didn't worry about something bad happening to him, because of the black vortex devouring the cursed blood energy. On the contrary, he was even a bit excited to see what kind of benefits he will get this time.

What a joke. The black vortex had once devoured the evil energy of Raiga and nothing happened to Ling Tian. Compared to Raiga's evil energy, the cursed blood energy is not even worth mentioning.

To Ling Tian, the devouring force was an invincible existence that is indisputable. Nothing had ever made this force falter, not even an almighty existence like Raiga. The devouring force had saved him on many occasions like, when he was caught by Raiga and the time when he was almost frozen to death.

It was because of the devouring force that, he has three spirit roots(one. Which is given to him by his grandfather). And not to forget, the two mysterious blue and purple suns within his heart's dimension, although their uses are unknown at the moment.

Ling Tian closely inspected the black vortex inside his soul and saw that there were three different energies coming out from the black vortex. Ling Tian knew that the cursed blood energy in being divided by the black vortex. Of the three energies, one was pure red in colour and it was being infused into his body and this energy was being slowly absorbed by his flesh, blood and bones. The second one was white in colour, which was lead to his sea of consciousness and this white energy was being absorbed by his three spirit roots.

And the third and final one was pitch black in colour. This energy was directly lead toward his heart and Ling Tian had no way of knowing what was happening within the dimension inside his heart. But he did have a good guess.

Suddenly, Ling Tian felt himself getting stronger. It was not his Spirit energy or Ki, but his body.

Yes. Ling Tian can feel his body getting stronger and stronger by each passing second.

There was a sort of intent coming from deep within him, that was urging him to fight a strong opponent and push himself to the limits and break those limits.

Ling Tian, himself was feeling excited and wanted to fight a strong adversary.
