As Ling Tian followed Su Lingyan into the Martial Arts Library, he didn't notice that an old man was observing him from the moment he came here. The old man had a shocked expression and was sweating after he saw Ling Tian's glittery white eyes.
” What was that light in his eyes? It gave off a terrifying aura that my eye bloodline is still pulsating with fear. Could it be an eye-bloodline?...but I've never seen or heard of such an eye-bloodline! Not to mention, an eye-bloodline that is capable of making my 'Clairvoyant Knowledge Eye' feel submissive?!” Old man looked towards the entrance of the Martial Arts Library and mumbled” I'll eventually be able to figure out if I observe the boy more.” As he said it , he disappeared from the spot where he stood.

” Su Lingyan huh? I guess I'll call you Lingyan.” Said Ling Tian after contemplating for a bit.
” Don't you dare!!” Su Lingyan said coldly as she glared at Ling Tian. But Ling Tian just shrugged it off and didn't pay any attention to her protest.
Ling Tian soon reached the place where martial arts and cultivation techniques were kept. He saw there were stairs next to the entrance of the room where the martial arts and cultivation techniques were kept.
” Hey Lingyan, are only inner court disciples allowed to go to the higher floors?” Ling Tian asked Su Lingyan to know whether his guess is right or wrong.
” No , there are no such rules. Anyone who can climb through the gravitational field set on the stairs can go to the higher floors and get higher grade techniques. And one more thing, STOP CALLING ME LINGYAN!” Su Lingyan told Ling Tian about the rules of the Martial Arts Library and emphasized the the last part of the sentence.
” Yeah yeah!..so what you are saying is , I will be able to take technique manuals from even the fourth and final floor if I'm able to climb upto there , then I'll be able to take the cultivation technique or martial art I want, is that right?” Ling Tian asked.
” Yes, it's exactly as you said.” Su Lingyan didn't get the chance to answer Ling Tian's question before an old voice answered Ling Tian's question.
Ling Tian saw an old man who seemed to be in his 80's coming toward him. Ling Tian didn't know who the old man is, so he asked” You are?”
” I am the guardian of Martial Arts Library. You can call me elder Sun.”then the old man who called himself elder Sun looked at Ling Tian with a smile then asked” Boy, do you think it's easy to get to the highest floor?”
To which Ling Tian Only smiled as he replied” I'm Ling Tian....I don't know whether its easy or difficult, I'll just try my best to do what I can, so I don't have to regret anything in the future.”
” Regrets huh.” Elder Sun thought back to his prime time and all the regrets he has, he couldn't help but sigh as he compared himself with the youth in front of him.
” Okay kid, if you can get to the fourth floor, then I'll allow you to take three more manuals that too from the highest floor.” Elder Sun proposed a deal that surprised Ling Tian.
” Thanks old man!!” Ling Tian was overjoyed as he jumped onto Elder Sun and hugged him.
Su Lingyan was shocked at the boldness of Ling Tian, Elder Sun was also a bit surprised as most of the disciples always looks at him with fear and respect. This was the first time , a sect disciple has been so carefree with him. But strangely enough, Elder Sun didn't feel any discomfort in being treated like this by Ling Tian. In fact, Elder Sun felt like he was looking at his grandchild when he was looking at Ling Tian.
