At Black Wind Forest, Inside the Forest.

A youth with bloodied visage could be seen standing there with a dumbfounded expression on his bloody face. This youth is Ling Tian who was shocked beyond comparison at the turn of events that happened to him. Ling Tian, never in his wildest dreams thought that the system would leave him to fend for himself, soon after he arrived in this world which he was still pretty much unfamiliar with.

”Ah..”

Ling Tian stood there for a few seconds before screaming his lungs of.

” Noooooooooo!!!”

” Why!? Why did this happen to me!? Why!? What did I do wrong? I lived my life as a very good boy and when I thought my luck had finally turned for the better, this had to happen. Uuuu... Waah.!!”

Ling Tian complained in a loud voice. Ling Tian couldn't suppress his sorrow and started crying with tears streaming down his bloody face. His tears mixed with blood looked like transparent red rubies but his face was very unsightly.

While Ling Tian was whining about his sad fate , he suddenly felt a chill go in his spine. Ling Tian duck down and rolled to the side when a black shadow passed through the spot Ling was standing. Ling Tian stood up and shot look filled with hate and caution at the creature that just attempted to take pitiful life while he was in extreme sorrow.

When Ling Tian identified the black shadow, all the hate he had for the creature vanished without a trace, instead he was filled with fear.

The creature that ambushed Ling Tian was a Black Night cat. It is a rank 2 monster beast. And an extremely powerful beast among the rank 2 monster beasts. It is said that a Black Night Cat can kill monster beasts of a rank above itself.

Ling Tian knew that he will never be able escape from this predicament because his opponent's speed surpasses even that of a rank 3 monster beast, while his own speed was not even comparable to a peak rank 1 monster beast. So Ling Tian only had 2 choices he can make at the moment. First was to just become monster cat's meal and become the most tragic transmigrator. Second was to to fight and defeat the monster beast.

Ling Tian was very scared but he did not shiver or show any other form of fear. On the contrary, there was a sort of excitement coming from within him. Ling Tian knew that this was because of his Saiyan bloodline and him being a Saiyan. Ling Tian also understood that it was because of the extraordinary battle instincts of Saiyans that he managed to escape the ambush of the Black Night Cat.

The Black Night Cat didn't immediately attack Ling Tian, but was watching what it's prey is going to do. Cats are known for playing around with its prey before killing it and the Black Night Cat seemed like it planned to do the same thing with Ling Tian.

Ling Tian was also sizing up his opponent , thinking of how to defeat the cat before him. Ling Tian knew that there was 80 percent chance that he will die if he fights the Black Night Cat head on. But Ling didn't seem to realise that he was very calm when his life was at stake, which was very different from his usual self. This was the change brought by the Saiyan bloodline.

If it was Ling Tian before he got the Saiyan bloodline who was in this situation, he would have long passed out from fear and become the meal fo the Black Night Cat. But Ling Tian had no way of realising his change as he was racking his brain to think of a way to kill the Black Night Cat.
