There were too many houses to be built in a new district. If Xue Feng Group really took this task, the huge profit would likely even make the whole group advance to a higher stage.

“Is there any preferential policy?”

“Yes, the government can compensate for 10%.” Yao Yuan answered and then lowered his voice. “Since we are all the internal staff, I can sell you the land at the lowest price. And even if the funds are insufficient in the early stage, I can help you with the loan in the name of the government. I think that there are so many big banks, and it is not difficult to borrow a hundred billion yuan.”
