Chapter 13 Everlasting Hatred (1/2)

Xu Xian'er drifted to them slowly. She looked like a fairy in her long red dress and her long hair fell like a waterfall, fluttering in the wind. Although her face looked like a total disaster, her hair and dress still proved that she was a beauty.

She stretched out her fingers. Her sharp fingernails had already turned black and her palm was rotting. The bones of her hand were exposed.

Her hand flew towards Yan Wangchuan's heart rapidly.

Her sinister voice cried out, ”Yan Wangchuan, you caused me to die! I want your heart! Give me, give it to me... I want to see if it is black!”

Her voice was cold, sending chills down their spines.

Long Xi clench her jaw and stepped forward, blocking Yan Wangchuan with her body. ”Did you see the wrong person? How could he have killed you?”

At this exact moment, Long Xi had already planned on being his shield.

She did not see Yan Wangchuan's touched expression.

Out of a sudden, Yan Wangchuan ripped off an amulet hung on his neck. He plastered it on Xu Xian'er's forehead and her body froze.

Yan Wangchuan panted as he said, ”One should be responsible for his own actions. I did indeed do something to you that I feel sorry for, come at me! She is innocent, let her go!”

Xu Xian'er could not move but she could still talk. ”Yan Wangchuan, speak for yourself. Are you the one who pushed me into the fire pit? You knew what kind of people Chen Qiangjian, Cheng Yilun, and Jiang Ba is, and yet you still tricked me to go see them? Huh?”

Yan Wangchuan replied, ”Yes, I am in the wrong. But I hope that you can understand that I was forced too. I was also a victim and an even bigger one at that. Can you listen to my sorrows?”

He started telling his own painful experience while stuttering. Although his story was all over the place without a beginning and an end due to his nervousness, he finally told the whole story. At the very least, Long Xi understood it.

It turned out that while he was studying in a middle school in City B, he was unlucky enough to bump into the Brutal Pranks Gang. Chen Qiangjian, Cheng Yilun, and Jiang Ba were members of this big gang.

Back then, Cheng Qiangjian and Cheng Yilun were about 18 to 19 years old. They did not study, neither did they go to work. They just played all day. Their toys were all people, human beings with blood, flesh, and life.

Jiang Ba was in the same grade as Yan Wangchuan. He repeated one year and they were both in year one of middle school. Chen Qiangjian and Cheng Yilun often came to find Jiang Ba to hang out together. Many of Jiang Ba's classmates became their prey.

The three boys came from very wealthy families. They had huge power in their hands. Nobody dared to go against them in school and they had everything they wanted. Forget ordinary student like Yan Wangchuan, even the principal was afraid of them.

Initially, Yan Wangchuan was not in the same class as Jiang Ba. He would often try to get out of their way and successfully survived two years of middle school peacefully.

What he did not know was that his father, Yan Yu, was working under Chen Qiangjian's father, Chen Jian. His father was a civil servant in City B and Chen Jian was the city's leader.

Chen Jian seemed like a decent man with producing excellent results at work. However, behind the mask, he was a morally corrupt man who plays around with people.

As an unlucky low-level civil servant, Yan Yu was bullied by Chen Jian very badly. He even started having hallucinations, which almost caused him to get dismissed from his unit.
