Chapter 4 Telesthesia (2/2)

This bubble was not colorless, but champagne-colored and transparent.

The bubble floated toward Long Xi and it emitted the brilliance of the rainbow.

Usually, the bubbles were beautiful but fragile, but when the bubble landed on Long Xi's hand, it did not break.

MK touched the bubble lightly with his finger. Then the bubble burst and a champagne-colored scarf appeared on Long Xi's hand.

Long Xi was astonished. She could do magic tricks and knew a lot of tips about it. However, she did not know how MK turned the bubble into a scarf, even though she was so close to him.

MK waved the silk scarf and then it ”changed” into a champagne-colored rose.

The champagne-colored rose was half-opened. As MK blew on it, the rose was in full bloom in a flash.

MK breathed on it again. Then its petals faded one by one.

Long Xi couldn't help but sigh, ”Do you want to express that flowers bloom and fade in a while and that life is fragile?”

MK nodded slightly. He seemed to be very happy that Long Xi understood the philosophy expressed by this little magic.

He touched Long Xi's hair with his right hand and the black and blue striped bowknot which was tied to her hair appeared on his hand in an instant.

He put the bowknot on her hands and motioned her to close her hands.

Then he touched her hands and then signaled her to open it.

Long Xi opened her hands. A black butterfly with royal blue spotted marks flew out and landed on MK's hand.

MK waved his hand and the butterfly disappeared. A butterfly-shaped purple-red spot appeared on his wrist, exactly the same as the birthmark on Long Xi's face.

Then the spot gradually disappeared.

”It's amazing!” Long Xi smiled and asked, ”How did you do it?”

”Look at it.” MK took out a mirror from nowhere and let Long Xi have a look at her face.

The birthmark on Long Xi's face actually disappeared!

Long Xi was so excited that she burst into tears. She couldn't believe her eyes. ”Do you have supernatural powers?”

”This is the proposal gift I gave you.” MK's voice sounded a bit shy.

”Thank you. Thank you very much! Hey? Well? What did you say? A proposal gift?” Long Xi was stunned.

”Yes! I want to marry you,” MK said.

”Can you make it clear? Don't surprise me.” She did not know why she blushed.

”Well, then to be blunt, on the third day I was trapped in the tunnel, I swore to my deceased parents that whoever saved me, if it was a man, I would become his sworn brother; if it was a woman, I would marry her. You saved me, so I want to marry you,” MK replied.
