608 606 Death of Zelaise (2/2)
But can you win this light?
It's that Zelaisse, isn't it? Unlike some of Rich's most powerful enemies, he must have been an unafraid opponent.
Honestly, I thought at the bottom of my heart that even that attack could get me stunned.
Yet...
But we certainly witnessed it. The moment Zelaisse loses his vitality and dies. The moment Zelaisse's face, her body, broke hands and feet and turned into purple mist. And the moment that fog gets eaten up by me.
Surely, Zelaisse died, and flesh vanished.
It seems the same goes for Fran and Ursi, who had emotions on their faces other than pure joy. But you can't even survive in that situation.
Unconvinced, we had no choice but to admit Zelaisse's death.
As we stand on the spot, Sierra approaches us.
”... did you finish Zelaisse...?
”Mmm.”
”Right...... Thanks.”
I am slightly surprised that Sierra bowed her head. I didn't expect you to thank me honestly. Instead, I thought they'd say ”don't imitate anything extra” or ”even though it was my prey”.
I guess that means Sierra wanted to take down Zelaise.
Sierra returns the still weak, evil-emitting, pitch-black sword to the sheath of her hips. Fran's eyes were drawn to the sword.
”Hey, is that sword... Daiju no?
Ability to destroy skills due to the tremendous evil that had been emitted earlier. Even if it's not Fran, it'll bother you.
In response to Fran's less specific inquiry. Sierra nods back.
”No problem. As far as I'm concerned, no harm done.”
”Yes.”
”Oh, oh.”
Sierra looked surprised at Fran, who snorted lightly at the words. Maybe he thought he'd be pursued more.
In the case of adventurers, it is a violation of manners to persevere in listening to the origins of the rare weapons used by others and where they obtain them.
But it wasn't strange to get more penetrated about whether Sierra was really in control or not.
Because there is such a thing as a powerful sword that unleashes a large amount of evil, and if left unattended, it can cause a great deal of damage to the surroundings.
But Fran had nothing more to go into and listen to, and was convinced. And he clapped it out.
Well, Fran's used to me being a ton of demo swords. Free will, shards of evil gods sealed, and lots of other secrets.
Compared to that, I guess it's acceptable enough to be a little wicked.
Fran asked Sierra, who was eating a shoulder watermark and had a subtle face.
”Did you know about Zelaise?
”Ah, oh. A little bit of a cause...”
Apparently, you don't get stuck saying, ”It's none of your business.”
