However, I found that there was a genuine emotion in its eyes, and I was thrilled to have seen the evolutionary Black Cat Clan in person.
”The Lord Fran is here, and shall we talk about evolution today? Until last year, he had taught that the only beast man who could not evolve was the Black Cat Clan, but the theory turned out to be false. It was this Lord Fran who made the world aware of that fact!
Some classes have changed since this year, and they teach that the Black Cat Clan is one of the ten primitive clans that can evolve if the conditions are met.
Fran laughs happily when she hears that. I'm glad the Black Cats are being reviewed.
”You can say that's exactly what changed history! You guys are really lucky to be here! Besides, this college doesn't have a lot of beasts, because no one is evolving. Have you guys shown your evolution yet?
Carona and the others are leaking a bitter laugh. To them, Fran is one of the more frightening instructors than a precious one. I guess some parts of the word luck still don't agree. Besides, you got bogged down by Fran, the evolutionary figure.
However, only Fran seems to have cared about a different word.
”Is this school low on beasts?
”Yes. You're barely there”
Is it possible that even though this is a school of this size, there are few beasts? But in retrospect, I certainly haven't seen that.
Could this country or college be discriminating against beasts?
”Why?”
”Quite simply, I guess it's because this is the School of Magic and the Beast Man doesn't like magic.”
It wasn't discrimination or anything.
Speaking of which, I've heard that the Beast Man is not good at witchcraft.
”Like Princess Black Thunder, the beast man who specializes in witchcraft is very valuable. I'm not good at witchcraft, either.”
Right. If you're a faculty member, you don't have to be a magician because there's no problem with even the ability to teach.
”To elaborate, first of all, beasts have many individuals with low magic powers. This is a pedigree trend, which is remarkable compared to humans and dwarves”
”I see.”
”There are even more personality issues...”
”Personality?”
”Yes.”
This, Fran's leaning his neck, but I figured it out somehow.
”The training in witchcraft is very plain. And I'm bored, and I can't see the daily build-up.”
”Mmm.”
”In other words, there are many beasts who can't stand their training.”
I know it's not unbearable, but I'm pretty sure it's not aptitude. Not all beastmen are short tempered because of it, but overall they will certainly have that tendency.
The beasts who can use magic among them are simply amazing talents. Maybe they are the kind of guys who quickly learn magic and can handle it sensibly with a little training. You could also say that the wild survey is sharp.
The Beast King and Meir were thought to be that type.
”Moreover, many beastmen go for combat positions. Many start working as apprentices at about 10 years of age, including training at about 5 or 6 years of age. At the latest, are you about 15 years old? As a result, the edge is diminished by something called school. As much as studying, the idea of getting a field degree is common.”
If you were going to be an adventurer or soldier in the future, perhaps it would certainly be more efficient to build up your workouts from a young age.
”And then there are the geographic issues. Mages have a high status in this country and adventurers in neighbouring countries. As a result, there is no particular discrimination, but many of the beasts will go to the Kingdom of Kranzel.”
But if they ask me if the Beast Man will never be suitable for a magician, they don't either. A major advantage is that the suitability of magic that can be used for each race is determined to some extent.
Unlike humans who may be aptitude for all sorceries, beastmen often have skewed characteristics in their respective species. The Blue Deer tribe of Holial, for example, is almost certainly apt for water, soil, and tree magic.
So they can considerably shorten the training time. Conversely, they say not many other sorceries can be used.
”It's hard to grow up as a magician because you have low magic power, but it's not hard to train both as a magic warrior”
That said, it would still be hard inside to get the Beasts to do their magic training. 'Cause do you think Fran or the Beast King could extend his plain training for years? I would never be able to.
