403 401 Slave Types (1/2)

Fran had heard more auction stories from Eliante.

”Aren't you interested in auctions other than weapons and demon stones?

”What other kind?

”Right... where you might be interested, Warcraft material auctions, cooking auctions, magic props auctions?

”Culinary auction?

Did you still react there? In a short time, Eliante seems to have come to understand Fran only marginally. I'm sneering bitterly.

”Yes. It's mainly the ingredients that deal with it. Not only Warcraft ingredients, but also rare ingredients from all over the world, including spiritual mushrooms and magical vegetables. Rare ingredients predominate because there are not enough on the market.”

”I see.”

”Otherwise, recipes and cooking techniques may be available.”

I guess the point is that everything related to cooking is eligible for listing. I'd like to take a peek when I have time.

”It's just that the food itself is seldom served,”

”Fine.”

”Oh? Can you cook?

”Mmm.”

”Oh yeah...... I thought they were exactly alike.”

When Fran nods, Eliante is squeaking with a slightly hurried face. Apparently you can't cook. No, it doesn't look like you can wash or clean like this.

They also have artwork auctions, property auctions, and clothing auctions. Although Fran is completely unresponsive. Fran's most responsive was the ingredient auction - not the one.

”Slave auction?

”Yeah. Only felony slaves are dealt with, but are you interested?

”No!”

”What's the matter, suddenly you look scared”

”Nothing.”

Again, Fran seems to have complicated feelings about the slave trade. Even if they are regular slaves, not just dark slaves, they don't seem to be going to buy or sell them.

Although I don't seem to have the same aversion to dark slavery when it comes to normal slavery. In the first place, they have several kinds of slaves. As I've heard before, the three main ones are debt slaves, misdemeanor slaves, and felony slaves.

Debt slaves, as their name suggests, are the ones who sold themselves by the debt. Otherwise, apparently, selling yourself out of life and suffering will be included here.

When I first heard about the treatment of debt slaves, I just wondered if they were really slaves. They are named slaves because they are enslaved by the magic of slavery, but surprisingly, their rights were precisely guaranteed.

The Lord must pay his wages to slaves and take further care of his clothing and shelter, which cannot be treated inhumanely. It is strictly forbidden to engage in sexual service or criminal activity. Contract magic does not only bind slaves, but also the Lord, so it cannot be violated either. My impression was that I said hello work (with food and clothing coverage) with no freedom of occupation.
