191 189 Tournament Table (1/2)

”Congratulations. Dear Fran, this is your final decision.”

”Mmm.”

When I got off the stage and went back to a place like the pantry, the attendant I was waiting for explained what would happen in the future.

The final tournament starts the day after tomorrow. I hear the tournament table will be announced tomorrow morning. And then, from noon, it meant there would be an opening ceremony.

However, they seem to exempt contestants from participating in the opening ceremony. I mean, it was more like not coming because I didn't know what was going to happen, such as being able to push a bloody tournament participant into a place with me.

The tournament schedule is also thorough because they say it will take you to the inn.

Thank you very much to us. 'Cause I can't believe Fran's listening to nobles and greats while he's standing still for a long time. I'm sure the Beast King will be there when I treat him like a guest.

Otherwise, the finalists said they could use Urmut's blacksmith as a priority during the tournament. Apparently, even if the injury can be healed by magic or potion, the protective equipment needs to be seen by a blacksmith.

After being briefed and trying to get out of the venue, Judith just arrived.

”Mr. Fran. It's a complete failure.”

”Were you a jerk?

”Ha... I've had it reduced.”

I knew you were a little depressed. Even as a franc, I don't seem to know exactly how to speak up at these times. I shut up with my troubled face.

”Oh, excuse me. I just wanted to encourage you to say something. Good luck to my minute.”

”Mmm.”

”And I'm going to throw the whole thing into Fran! Make sure you make it through the first round!

”If Lydia breaks through the qualifying round, maybe we'll fight?

”It's okay. Because even then, I'll bet against Mr. Fran!

Judith thumbs up with a good smile. We were encouraged by Judith's sincerity and desire to leave the venue behind.

”Good luck”

'Right. We have to work hard for Judith and his wallet. ”

The day after the second qualifying round.

We were checking the tournament table for the final tournament delivered after noon.

The final tournament is divided into four blocks of ABCD for clarity and 16 players at a time.

Fran's name is the 11th firmest in Block A. I just don't know if you're strong enough to look at the names of the other participants.

”Who is the opponent of the first battle... Zephmate?

”I don't.”

'I guess not seed means you've been winning on your own'

Do you want to gather information in the Adventurer Alliance after this? Ask Elsa, she might know how to fight.

The next thing that bothered me was the name of the seed player.

”Amanda and Falund”

”Royce and Gododarfa have names too!

Each name is in the four corners of the tournament table. I guess it means Top Seed, though they all have the same number of games because of the 64 tournament. It seems to be equality there.

1st seed in block A with flan. That means A-1 is Gododarfa, one of the Beast King's escorts. The second seed, A-16, had Corberto's name.

No, there are four seed players on each block, and whoever they hit with will be pretty strong. But more importantly, these two.

If they both attack badly, they could be imminent. I have to think of measures to do this. Fortunately, he's the one with the proven skills, and it won't be an impossible story.

It's Colbert who hits first. You need combat skills measures.

”Kufu.”

Instead of worrying, Fran is laughing happily. He doesn't seem to freak out just because he's an escort to the Beast King anymore. Rather, it sounds like the blood of a combat maniac is making a scene.

I have to win twice before I can fight Corbelt, though. The first fight is against Zephmate, but who's in World War 2?

”If I win the first round - seriously?
