151 149 Meet in the Dungeon (1/2)
We were well on our way to the dungeon.
Warcraft is weak because it's only on the ground floor, and traps are easy. When we discovered the stairs going down to the second basement, we were in no condition to take any damage.
”Let's go upstairs.”
”The ground floor felt like a trial zone.”
”On”
No matter how cautious we went, the level on the ground floor was too easy.
”Let's move on to the struggling floor”
”Mmm.”
That's upstairs for now.
We go down the stairs while we keep our perimeter alert. Then there was a sight there that was little different from the entrance on the ground floor.
Three passages stretch from the small room.
”Left again?
'Isn't that nice?
I don't have any other information.
That's how I proceeded to a ton of clapping until the fourth basement floor. Because no warcraft or trap was a big deal at all.
There are no other adventurers. Guys, I guess the floors around here that you can't earn at all are going to run off on the shortest route.
There are no maps, and we're the only ones who like things that move forward while we untie them.
And the fifth basement floor.
……
……
It seemed like the difficulty of the trap had finally increased a bit.
There is a little more time for Fran to untrack, nearly twice as long had passed by the time he arrived at the stairs to the sixth floor.
”Master, trap”
”Oops. The trap in front of the stairs is starting to dislike the placement.”
”On”
”And it seems a little more challenging.”
Examination of the interior with the echo positioning showed that its structure was largely complex. But Fran is rather motivated.
”Good luck”
So Fran starts messing with the trap with a serious look. Silent even during disarming, only the metal noise of messing with the trap, and the tiny breathing noise, were echoing around.
Me and Ursi will shut up and watch.
About five minutes later, Fran and I raised our voices.
”Ah.”
”Ah.”
And three arrows that are shot out of the ceiling towards Ursi.
”Cain!”
”Ursi, are you okay?
”Oung......”
Sounds like you've managed. Well, it would have been a good drug for Ursi, too. The enemies and traps are too cluttered, they're definitely losing focus.
”Sorry, failure”
I think I cut the wire you shouldn't have cut.
”After all, the difficulty has risen, and it's getting harder to disarm perfectly if you're not a professional.”
”I'll try to disarm it next time”
'Well, why don't you try harder?
”Mmm!”
If you want to train your untracking skills, you should try a difficult trap.
”Wolsi, get back on your feet.”
”On!”
Okay, let's go down the stairs again.
”Is the structure of the entrance the same as the other floors on the sixth floor?”
”There are three paths. Can we go left again?
But the only thing that was the same was the beginning.
First, the difficulty of the trap jumped, failing to disarm once every five times. Besides, it's not just hard to disarm.
The flying arrows are poisoned, and the smoke that blows out is more widespread. Double the depth of the pit. Even if it doesn't go as far as instant death, a major injury will be assured.
Also, the strength of the Warcraft was up one step.
”Ha!
”Fire Javelin!”
”Grrrrr!”
”Mmm!”
”Brilliant!
Fran actively uses a knife extraction technique in combat. I guess this is called practice again.
Chameleon Lizard attacking Assassin Slime, who crawls out of a gap in the wall, pseudo-attacking the wall. All the time this guy was just an obnoxious warcraft that came close without letting him feel any signs.
