108 106 Lucille Chamber of Commerce (1/2)
”Hey, there you are. It's a pleasure to see you soon.”
”Mmm.”
”On!”
”Ha. Wolsi's welcome, too.”
We came at the headquarters of the Lucille Chamber of Commerce. It's a building as big as the Adventurer Guild I thought it was big. And it's luxurious. Something feels terribly out of place, but Fran didn't care and Stasta went in. Exactly.
The power of the crested coin was amazing, and as soon as I showed it to him, he put me through to the reception room.
Rengil, who appears, smiles and asks for a handshake. We just broke up this morning, but you look like you're really welcome.
”So, what can I do for you?
”Mm-hmm. I'm supposed to be in this”
”Oh, is this a cooking king contest! Mr. Fran, did you go to the primary?
They followed me when I showed them the flyers from the cooking contest. There's only one famous contest in Barbora and Rengil seems to know it.
”Master went through”
”Master? Because that's who you are? You weren't on the boat, were you?
”Well, my master is a deity.”
”So you rendezvous here?”
This is a setup I was thinking about beforehand. A disgraced man who lets Fran wander all over the place. I also feel a little unimaginable, but I can't help it.
”I want the ingredients my master uses in the contest”
”I see. So to my chamber of commerce. What kind of dishes do you compete with? The contest is pretty level every time.”
”Curry”
”Curry, is it? You've never heard of it.”
”The master's original. This is Curry.”
Take the curry removed from the dimensional storage out onto the table.
Rengil seemed a little wary. Well, I can't imagine the flavor at all. The colour is brown, and it doesn't look delicious. The moment I smelled it, I just kept my eyes open. I guess I found that spices are used in large quantities. Gokuri and his throat are ringing.
”Well, you'll have it”
One bite like that and the rest was quick. The spoon didn't stop, and it flattened out in no time. I'm glad it seemed in my mouth.
”Delicious, rare and smells good. You can sell this. The recipe alone would be of considerable value!
Rengil screams in excitement. From a merchant's point of view, they decided it would be for sale.
”Are you selling this in the street?
”Mmm.”
”Really...”
”What's up?
”On?”
”No, it's great as a dish, but it could be a little hard to sell on the street.”
”Why? Even though the curry is delicious”
”This is the time it takes to provide”
According to Rengil, there are many dishes that can be served as soon as an order is placed, such as skewer roasting and soup, to the finalists of the regular year. In order to compete for money, it would be advantageous to sell a lot of money.
With that in mind, curry rice can be quite difficult. Give the rice away, curry loo, and pass one plate at a time. Besides, it's hard for one customer to buy a large quantity.
Don't put it on dinner, do you want to sell it like soup? No, I don't think that'll beat that dragonbone soup.
When I heard that story, Fran roared, too.
”Sell curry easily, in bulk......?
”Yeah. Besides being delicious, it takes a lot of different elements to win a street fight.”
Is curry rice difficult......
”Ha. Good thought! You can do the opposite.”
”The other way around?
”Mm-hmm. Add the curry to the rice. Like a rice balls”
”On!”
One of Fran's favorite dishes is the variety of rice balls with ingredients on top of being easy to eat. I guess I got a hint from that. Ursi is also drooling over saying that it's a good idea.
Curry-style rice balls? Not bad...... Curry's going to leak out between the comebacks after time. It doesn't taste good when you grip it so hard that there are no gaps.
(Why don't you fry like tempura?
”Curry tempura rice balls?
Wow, that's a class B smelly naming. It might be delicious... Actually, in Fran's words, I've come up with one thing.
”Fran, I have a good idea”
(Hmm? Rice Ball Tempura?
'No, it's not.'
It can be built and placed, the unit price is low, and it is easy to carry. It is delicious even if it is freshly made and cold.
