”Snow its time to wake up!”

Flake immediately echoed out loudly in Snow mind causing him to woke up as his amber eyes snapping open, wide alert, before glancing around the surrounding area a second later.

He was currently laying on a rather simple but soft bed in an unfamiliar room, with a large and wide window that is currently open slightly just enough to let the sunlight inside the room, while his nose smelled the lingering medicines in the air.

Snow eyebrows couldn't help but raise slightly because base by his observation alone, Snow was definitely has been place inside Li Chen room while using his bed at the same time.

He wonder what happen that Li Chen was allowing him to use his personal bedroom.

Snow is entirely sure that there would be an extra room for him to use rather than staying to where his territory was, specially when it was currently filled with the smell of medicine.

Was it because Li Chen was being kind?

Snow let out a chuckle, there was no way that Snow would believe that, it was not enough reason for a person like Li Chen who tend to be defensive and secretive to let others get close toward themselves, specially if it was someone they has just met.

Even if it was because Li Chen was saving him, Snow was entirely sure that there should be more other room to better stay at, than using Li Chen personal bedroom.

People like Li Chen has already ingrained deep in their body and soul that their instinct should have been against other rather getting close toward what was theirs, at least not until they got use to them or when they have something they wanted or was planning about something.

So, the question now was, does Li Chen want something toward him?

And if so, What was it that Li Chen wanted that he was doing all of this?

”It's been 4 hours since Snow has lost consciousness. Li Chen is currently out looking for more important herbs in the mountain since Snow was still severely injured but don't worry Snow! You are now currently out of danger.”

Flakes happily shake before a prompt appear on Snow mind, stopping him from thinking more deeply about Li Chen certain actions.

Snow will surely know all about it later on, there was no need to trouble himself since as long as Li Chen doesn't goes against his mission and become a threat then Snow will basically can be open minded with whatever Li Chen was planning.

Snow smiled, amber eyes still calm looking, in the memory that he has inherited, Snow fully know well how very special and important the original owner of his current body was.

No matter what, he has to survive, Xen was not allowed to die.

Xen death was the catalyst of everything getting out of order and now that he has survive the ordeal where the original Xen has died, all things is currently walking down the right path and order that the World has wanted to happen.

In this mission world, Snow has to follow important objective, at least Snow doesn't need to go against the World Rule for his mission, making it much more easier to handle his current task.

Besides, Snow doesn't have to worry about anything even if he failed the other important mission later on, the most important one was that 40% Completion of Mission that Flake has inform him.

The Karma Core has accepted his task, that was what matter the most because the Karma Core was the main existence that he was working at, not with any World Rule.

And that 40% was already in the minimum requirement of completion of successful of the task, specially when Snow was able to complete one of the soul tasks when the original owner was dying.

At least Snow has fulfilled the Quest given by the Special World Rule Mission along with the second Mission Task of the Original soul after Completing the First task that he was given.

After all Snow was prompted twice with a Mission Complete, 20% Completion came into the World Rule Mission while the other prompt was a 20% Mission Complete as one of the original soul tasks.

It was the thought of the Original soul, about Xen regret of wanting to survive on that fateful day when he died.

That was one of Xen regret, and yes, most of the Task that a Granter was given to fulfill was the strong emotions, regret or wish they have during their time of death.

And the Karma Core will choose among those lists of wishes and regrets base on the acc.u.mulation of their Karma's.

Basically, this time Mission that was given to Snow was a Danger lurking with Blessing type, if Snow has fail the 1st task then he doesn't have any more chance to stay in this world to be a Granter and he will also completely fail his First Mission World ever.

It will be quite shameful thing to happen, but Snow will feel more regrettable about it.

This world was quite interesting!

If Snow could, he want to stay a little bit longer.

A moment later, Snow lip curve up with great interest, there was basically no stopping him for doing what he wanted at this moment on.

How about the Original Soul reaction base on his certain action or changing his temperament later on?

Snow just turned indifferent about it, as long as the Karma Core has not given him certain limit, regulation and rules to follow during the task then Snow basically doesn't care about the Original Soul feeling about the way he will work and use his body.

Going to get a Bad title? Like it will matter to Snow, he could use Energy to easily remove it, or using it only for one Mission World. It was also quite interesting as it added more to his challenge.

Besides, there was a reason why they will not be living their life anymore after all.

He was a Granter that appeared to fulfill what they wish and regret for, it was a job that he was doing it and it was not free, so letting the clients chooses how he will live his life after that?

Aren't they being self-important?

It was basically an equivalent of exchange, he fulfill their wants in exchange for their Karma Energy and the use of their body.

Although, Snow will prefer to live his new body later on with some of their original temperament while removing what he dislike about, it was the point of experiencing different Life after all.

So right now, he could move and decide uncontrollably without much problem with his actions.

He got more choices on how much he will act in this World.

And right now, Snow will do his best in fulfilling more of the task later on, he wanted to have all the Karma energy that he could get.

Nothing was wrong for wanting to get more of soul karma energy.

Snow suddenly blink, quickly remembering a very important problem just now, it was the reason why he let Flake wake him up early on, it was all about one of the regret and wish of the original Xen.

He move and quickly sat up before a groan of pain let out his small lip since it seemed that he have pulled open some of his rather deep injuries that weren't able to heal completely just now.

Turning indifferent toward his injuries, he quickly stood up, while unconsciously analyzing about how refreshing and comfortable his body felt was despite how he was still slightly injured, it was definitely Li Chen work, after all base on about the original owner of Li Chen current body, he was very talented when it comes to medicines which was the Earth Li Chen inherited.

And added with the fact that the current Li Chen has numerous talents which help him became more skilled.

It was one of the reason why Snow has chosen to meet the young man during the danger in his life, besides Snow doesn't want to spend his Karma energy in Trade Shop when there was a convenient person around.

Besides, As Snow glimpse on the Trade Shop, his lip twitch, it was a Black Shop because the amount of price became more different from what he saw when checking on it from before.

Somehow the amount in some in the Trade Shop, completely changes in price, and from what he could tell and guess about, the reason was because the 'Medicine' was what the original soul currently needed.

That Black Shop was such a scammer, there was no way that Snow will be buying those expensive medicine, he doesn't want to use his Point uselessly, specially when he has someone that could 'give' it to him.

Snow rolled his amber eyes, before quickly scanning over his entire body.

He was currently wearing a simple silk long green robe that greatly highlight his slender body, Snow couldn't help but raise his eyebrows again.

He was kind of figuring out where was this coming from.

Snow couldn't help but hum a little before his lip curving up, well he seemed to really have left a great impression on the young man, before starting to looked around the place for the items that he needed, his eyebrows wrinkling adorably when he was unable to find what he needed to use.

”Snow there is a peach tree currently in bloom at the backyard.” Flake helpfully reminded causing Snow amber eyes to light up, ”Good Job Flake!” before quickly leaving the house by using the currently open window, leaping out before rushing into the back yard.

Flake twirling happily from the praise he just received before following Snow a few second later, Flake was extremely happy that he completely forgotten to remind Snow that Li Chen seemed to have arrive already.

Li Chen face darkening when he saw his current empty bed, the beautiful young boy currently missing.

Black eyes narrowing as a dangerous aura suddenly emitted on his tall slender body.

Black tremble with fear as he watched the darkening aura of his Host, before quickly checking out the surrounding area before jumping from joy, ”Host Chen, I just scanned the area, the young boy Xen seemed to be staying in the back yard at the moment.”

Li Chen immediately disappeared as soon as he heard Black finish his words, rushing up ahead toward the location of the young boy.

A minutes later he stop and stood still, his deep dark eyes staring at the young beautiful boy which was currently facing a piece of blossoming branch of a peach tree.

Eyes not blinking as he watched as the pink flowers of the peach trees fluttering around the slender figure of the young boy as he knelled on the ground, black ink long hair reaching the ground and spreading all over a small thin back along as the green long silk robe on his young body swayed and flutter gently highlighting a white pale skin.

Li Chen throat rolled up and down, suddenly feeling so thirsty, black eyes deepening as certain emotion started stirring up inside him.

Then amber eyes quickly glance toward his direction, causing Li Chen heart to skip thump thump thump as he stand still, seemingly being bound by a spell, specially after he saw a glimpse of the surprise but grateful emotion that quickly flash by on the juvenile amber eyes when he look at him.

The young boy figuring out that it was him that has save his life which has make Li Chen extremely happy and excited.

Snow was surprise about the appearance of the young man, he was very tall with a slender body with ink black hair and black eyes, looking handsome along with the temperament of a very kind gentleman around him.

Completely unlike his real nature, but Snow still felt the dangerous aura around him, no matter how much Li Chen tried to hide it from him, that was something that was already been ingrained deep within him.

He might hide it extremely well but it will not something that he could change, Li Chen will forever be the person who has taken numerous life on his hands.
