Xiao Bing sensed that Iza Kawatani’s departure must have something to do with Feng XIII. When he eavesdropped on him over the phone the previous night, he remembered Feng XIII talking about some plan. What he heard was limited, so there was not much he could make of that. Nami was surprised, “I’m his granddaughter. What was Feng XIII’s service to him?”

So it did have something to do with the legend!

Later, Iza Nagi stirred the sea with a spear. When the spear was withdrawn, the sea under the land condensed. Then, the land was anchored on the sea and became Country R.”
Princess Nami was dumbfounded and asked, “Is there such an amazing spear in the world?”
