”Ah!” The gangster was not able to finish what he wanted to say because he was pierced by a sword.
A man wearing a long crimson robe with a snake design suddenly appeared.
”How are you?” The man looked at the shocked leader from the rival gang and asked smiling.
”Red Snake!” The leader yelled and used a strong force to jump and attack.
”Attack!” His men followed him and attack.
There are multiple fights happening now in the south. The ordinary residents became afraid and closed their doors.
”Aaaahh! You will pay for this!”
'Clank!'
'Swish!'
Multiple fights are happening everywhere.
”Sir! Are we not going to move yet?” A guard asked.
Multiple reports are being sent to the southern district guard's office as well.
”Don't. Not yet the time.” The captain of the guards said with a sinister smile.
”This is just the first day. We will move once the big names showed up. Just continue watching over the citizens.” The vice captain told the worried guard.
”I understand, Sir.” He saluted and hastily left.
Meanwhile, Cris is in huge mansion and talking to a gang leader. They are inside a huge room that has a good view of the southern district. They are watching the ruckus.
”Mister Cris, are the information you provided about the House of Lightspear...” The leader wanted to ask but Cris interrupted him.
”It's true. For instance, the engagement was cancelled by the Duke of Pround Sky.” Cris said.
”The Lightspear will not let it slide.” The leader looked at the window and said.
”The Profound Sky is prepared. Also your boss, a noble from the capital, supported the Marquis, right? Your noble boss unknowingly angered the old duke of the House of Lightspear so the Marquis is leaning towards abandoning him.” Cris said and chuckled.
”Hmmm.” The leader doesn't know what to say
”If our plan is successful, the old duke will be busy with other matters since if not, his House will decline in this generation for sure.” Cris looked at the leader and said.
He stood up and tapped the shoulder of the gang leader, ”Support us and not just your boss but also you will benefit from this.”
”I understand.” The leader answered and looked at the window again. 'Sigh.'
Cris chuckled and looked at the window too.
This gang leader's boss is a viscount. The viscount's son, Ludwig, got into accident with the duke's successor, Androse, four years ago.
The duke's successor, Androse, was bullying and harrassing new military recruits when he was stopped by Ludwig. Androse punched Ludwig and a huge commotion happened. It was reported to the Supreme Commander and Androse was reprimanded. The duke did not take this lightly.
After that, many people stopped supporting the viscount. They lost some of their businesses too. It was a pety reason but the House Of Lightspear is known for their overbearing demeanor.
This is the reason why the gang under the viscount was moved here. They are trying to get the favor of the House of Lightspear. He thought that if he will help in oppressing the Profound Sky, the duke will be satisfied.
Three days have passed before the two biggest gangs decided to enter the gang war.
'Bang!' 'Crack!'
”This is hurting our business! Affiliated gangs are being destroyed too!” A man with crimson hairpunched his table and yelled.
”Right! We need to do something!”
”Letvs use this opportunity to destroy the other gangs too! Let's rule the whole south!”
His officials are all ready to fight. An old man wearing a golden robe is looking at them.
”Those insignificant gangs are tempted by wealth and fame. It was too late to back down when they noticed it. No turning back from the war.” The old man said and sighed.
In a small gang teritory, five men are discussing the current event.
”It is good that we did not join the war.”
”Nobody offered us assistance anyway.”
”Hey, what are you thinking there?”
”Someone planned this. Someone is cleaning the south.”
The five men looked at each other and discussed what they need to survive. They noticed how the guards are indifferent this time. The guards are helping the residents and every night a big group of guards are patrolling and checking the damages. Not just the five of them but the residents felt weird about it too.
