Mercury's sharp ears heard all that William said, still, he didn't get mad, what would he care if someone said he wasn't worthy of his woman?

Mercury continued chatting with Max and Marie as they sat in the very large royal carriage that had been sent to pick them up, Julia looked over at the three of them and felt a little jealous, still, she couldn't just say that to the noble ladies, maids, and William that crowded around her in the carriage, so she continued chatting with them instead…
By the evening the carriage and its numerous escorts arrived at the capital city, Mercury and Max looked out of the window up at the giant 12 meter high walls as Mercury muttered
”Bet I could jump that…”
Max's face lit up as he heard what Mercury said and quickly spoke
”Of course you can dad, you're the strongest person I know”
Max's voice was also heard by the group of noble ladies that laughed before one of them spoke
”Such lively fantasies for a child”
Mercury's eyes narrowed slightly as he detected the disdainful undertone in her voice, then he showed a smile and spoke
”Stop the carriage”
When the carriage didn't stop moving Julia got a little annoyed and echoed his words
”Stop the carriage!”
This time the carriage stopped, Mercury stepped out of the carriage along with Max and Marie, the group of nobles and servants only followed when Julia stepped out, Mercury looked up on the wall as he cracked his neck before he muttered
”Maximum effort…”
Then he walked a few tens meters away from the wall and looked up at it before he kicked off the ground with his reinforced right leg, Mercury felt his body fly upwards towards the wall, he covered the first 8 meters in about half a second before he began slowing down before he only just managed to grab the edge of the ledge of the wall and hang there for a bit before he looked down as he spoke
”See? It's not that hard”
Then he let go of the ledge and felt his body become weightless for about a second before he kicked off the wall transforming his downwards momentum to forwards momentum, landing safely on the ground after a controlled roll before he stood up and dusted his clothes off, then he turned and looked at the stunned group of people before he spoke
”It's not that hard if you manage to get the kick-off right”
The noble ladies looked stunned, so did William, the noble lady that had ridiculed Max suddenly felt a great deal of shame as her face lit up in a blush, Julia, however, was all smiles and spoke
”Let's get back in the carriage, I am sure mother and father are waiting for our arrival”
After a short but quiet ride, the carriage arrived at the castle some 30 minutes later, there the people inside quickly exited and were welcomed by a group of servants that escorted them inside the castle, from there, Mercury, Marie, Max, and Julia was quickly escorted through numerous hallways until they reached a door where two elite knights stood, then they were shown inside, a wide room that was well lit up was on the other side, in a couch in the middle of the room sat an elderly couple that were dressed nicely, but not overly extravagantly, they stopped their talk and looked towards the door once it opened, the elderly woman stood up and showed a loving smile as she walked over and hugged Julia as she spoke
”Welcome home Julia”
The aged man also stood up from the couch and spoke, seemingly slightly annoyed
”Humph, why does it take the fate of the kingdom for you to return?”
The elderly woman showed a smile and spoke to Julia
”You know your father misses you a lot when you're not at home”
”I know mother, I have returned”
”Yes, very good… Welcome home Julia, come sit down with your friends, let's have a chat”
She showed a smiling face when she looked over the group, especially when she noticed Max that was hiding behind Mercury, soon the group were seated on a couch facing the king and queen of Juliantia, Mercury seemed undisturbed since he had met way more overwhelming and intimidating people that this, namely Mars, Marie was also close friends with a high-level Judiacator so she wasn't fazed either, only Max seemed a little nervous as he sat in Marie's lap
”How was your journey back, Julia?”
Julia showed a smile grasped Mercury's hand
”It was pleasant, except for the pirate raid of course”
The queen widened her eyes slightly when she saw her daughter being bold, then she inspected the man she appeared to have chosen, the King also noticed this and showed a slightly relieved smile as he laughed and spoke
”Hohohoho! I never thought that our proud daughter would bring home a man…”
Mercury showed a smile before he took his bag from the foot of the couch and took something out, it was the metal bird powered down, he placed it on the table and spoke
