Mars gave a bitter smile and pointed past the governess out of the window at the NNE's army and spoke
”Watch”
The governess turned around, just as she did a blinding light shone which made her shield her eyes with her hand, when the light subsided the army that had cursed her so much dread was nowhere to be found, dumbfounded she turned to look at Mars and stammered
”B-but---”
Mars raised his hand to stop her from speaking before he walked over next to her and looked out of the window before he spoke
”I happen to hate the NNE and I want to wipe it out sometime soon... But that's not what I am here to talk with you about... Well to be blunt I want to take over this city”
The governess was about to speak again but Mars once again raised his hand to interrupt her and spoke
”Of course I won't just take it from you... I can buy it if you want, I happen to have about 250.000.000 cel to my name which I could invest in this city and that's not all...”
Mars put his hand on the shoulder of the governess and within moments she seemed to age in reverse turning into a woman in her 20's in mere seconds, the governess touched her face and felt the smooth skin and spoke
”B-but how... wait, my voice.. I sound like I did so many years ago… Did you reverse my aging?”
”Yeah... I remember someone saying that it's the old that knows how valuable time is so I figured the best payment I could give you personally was that, time... Besides I need someone to govern the city for me...”
Mars turned his gaze to the palace guard and spoke
”I also need someone to protect you and therefore I recommend this one... I can tell she cares very much for her comrades”
The palace guard kneeled down at once with a grateful expression on her face before she spoke
”I am afraid I am not worthy... perhaps one of the elite guards can---”
”You will be worthy once I finished training you in a couple of years, now what do you say governess?”
While Mars was providing the governor the four elites from the NNE was panicking greatly, after all their entire army had just disappeared in a flash of light, well most of them where, James still held some semblance of calm as his mind raced
'What was that...? some sort of secret weapon? In that case, they must have paid a giant price for firing it... we can use this if I just get more troops from the country then---'
”Mars sure has gotten strong...”
It was then that James's thought was interrupted by Chloe that spoke a little ways away from him, when those words entered his mind he blanked out before he slowly turned to Chloe and yelled
”WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY!?”
Chloe looked undisturbed by James' outburst and spoke simply
”I said Mars sure has gotten strong”
James looked blankly at Chloe for a moment before he busts out laughing
”HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! WHAT? YOU THINK HE WAS THE ONE THAT WIPED OUT OUR TROOPS!?”
Chole gave James a disdainful look but didn't speak with him anymore, it was simply too much of a bother, James saw her disdainful looked and yelled
”GENERAL I WANT YOU TO KILL THIS BITCH!”
”Yes at once James”
One of the two generals drew a sword and walked towards Chloe that looked at them both like they were idiots before she disappeared from view and reappeared right in front of the general and kneed him in his... Nether regions, then when he fell over and curled up like a shrimp on the ground, then Chloe kicked his head which made him pass out before she shot a look at James as her dragon like eyes shone with an angry light and asked
”What, did you think I would not defend myself? If you want to kill me you better prepare an army the size of the one Mars just wiped out!”
