Just as Ira opened her mouth to say something, her right hand was caught by the man. He snatched the ring. She tried to pull it back but her strength is too small compared to him.

”Stupid. It's yours.” He flicked her forehead. And took her right hand again. Vivan bent her fingers, and slipped the ring in her sleek finger.

She still wore a confused look.He had embraced her arms, sniffing the fragrance of her body.

”Good, you must wear it always,” he said as he held her hand and pointed the ring on it. It shined under the sun.

She stood like a piece of wood staring at her finger.

”What happened?” he asked.

Flabbergasted she spoke, ”How?”

”You mean how did this ring appear here?” This woman would have had a perfect surprise but she refused to close her eyes. Now, why was she so hard to understand?

” I asked Ash to bring it. It turns out I have never gifted you any jewelry all these years, so I bought this as Valentine's gift.”

”Why didn't you give it to me sooner? Valentine's day is long gone.” She pouted and proceeded to take it off.”I had prepared many dishes with my own hands. You didn't even come back.”

Fuelled with jealousy and anger he wasted the day.He assumed she would spend the day out. Instead, she was waiting for him.

”Okay. Sorry.” He patted her hands and went along with her acting.

Upon hearing this, her black eyes lit. He finally won an eye-catching smile.

”I'll forgive you.” It lasted for a second before her proud smug look took over.
