471 Each snowball (1/2)
”Damn. You're not bringing Baltro.”
”... that wasn't a snowball”
Complains as Thor and Asmo tap off the snow on his body.
Bartolo went back to the kitchen in a good mood as he sank Tor and Asmo into the snow.
”It's because the two of us are coming at us. I was trying to protect myself.”
”That's why I'm not.”
”Overdefense.”
It wasn't a snowball fight earlier, it was just a ravage.
There's no need for you two to complain like that. That's why I won't apologize because I'm not going to be sarcastic with these guys honestly.
”So what do we do now?
When the complaining soothes, Asmo asks again.
I've come to ask you out to see me, but I don't seem to have decided to do this in particular.
”I guess I haven't seen the village in a long time. I haven't seen much of the village lately.”
”Especially when the grownups are playing snowball.”
”You've been active since morning.”
Villagers have a busier image of farming and domestic work.
”This time of year, I'm staying at home and doing all my internal work. This is how you move your body outside.”
”Jeez, it's hard when it lasts too long.”
Is that true, too? From them, who usually have a lot of manual labor, it also builds up frustration that domestic work has always been at home. I guess the means to get rid of that is snowball.
But I wonder why. That only sounds terribly pre-built. The people in the village of Coriat just wanted to play because they were young.
”Let's just go to the village first”
”Ooh.”
Since we have decided to head to the village of Coriat, we leave the courtyard and continue on the main road.
The thickness of snow on the ground seemed to increase considerably because it was snowing last night.
There were about 30% of the snow clouds left in the sky, but I could see more of the sunny blue sky.
The wind isn't that strong, so it's a relatively unbittersweet temperature to walk outside.
”Oops!?
Walking relaxed, Thor raised an odd voice and broke the balance.
”It's buried with snow, but it's by the creek, so it's subtly inclined.”
It's hard to notice because of the bright white sides around, but that's by my favorite creek.
It was also natural for Tor to be taken as the place where he placed his feet was inclined.
I have walked many times, even if it is difficult for my eyes to understand, so I know the general location by the distance and time I have walked.
”Tor, dull”
”Shut up! There's a lot of snow over here and it's hard to walk!
Thor says back to the words of Asmo, who groaned bossly.
Unlike in the vicinity of the village, this main road travels very little. The difficulty of walking with the snow was also that there was no choice.
”Shall I make it a little easier to walk”
If Thor falls again and gets injured, he won't be able to, so he magically builds a curved plate about the width of the road and moves it forward with a psychic.
Then, the snow that had accumulated became more and more decisive and easier to walk.
If the snow overflows from the board, it will come to the end of the road.
It feels like a magical partial reproduction of a snow truck that was in its previous life.
”Wow! The snow keeps shredding!
”Walkable and helpful”
You're supposed to be happy for me, but I have myself getting annoyed somewhere when these guys walk me slowly. Is it because it gives me a lower end as if I'm building a path for a chimp?
Let's not think too deeply.
As I walked away from the main road snow, I lost so much that I reached the village of Coriat.
The wheat fields are, of course, pruned and there is white snow on the roofs of standing private houses.
”Oh? You're not playing snowball right now?
It was pretty quiet compared to last year and didn't seem like we were having a snowball fight.
”No, I'm doing it. He's over there, isn't he?
Seeing where Thor pointed, villagers, including Roland, were gathered behind the snow wall.
”Look, we're gonna act in pairs. We're slowly approaching with the snow walls as shields.”
”Oh dear. Westa's team is gone from HQ! I'm sure it's coming in from somewhere.”
”Then let's put out a scourge. See where they're coming from.”
