442 Silvios painting (1/2)
”Well, let's write illustrations and notations.”
After returning to the mansion, I was withdrawn in my room with a battle pencil.
After the body of the battle pencil made by Rael and Lou is completed, we will write some illustrations into it.
”First is the break.”
Illustration part, character notation part to write damage and technique to do.
Even though it is a battle pencil, this one is a prototype that does not have a role as a pencil, so it can be used to the fullest below.
Because you think about sharpening with a pencil, you can't write down to the bottom.
In the old days, I will make a break with a pen based on the battle pencil I had.
If you can do that, next is an illustration.
However, it is very difficult to draw illustrations on these hexagons and pentagons.
It takes a lot of time if you want to draw seriously.
”Can I use a slime that can be easily drawn with a hexagon?”
With slime, you can draw with just a stroke if you care.
Let's draw the monsters and animals of this world as a motif anyway.
Draw slimes, goblins, and mushrooms on each pencil.
It is difficult to draw an illustration on a pencil, but these will work.
After drawing the illustrations, the next step is writing.
`` Third damage to body attribute
”Ten damage to everyone”
”Mushroom spores-20 damage to all”
Write the name of the attack and the damage notation on each side, such as .
This is a turn-based attack assuming a physical strength of 100, so this should be enough.
Make three races, ●, , ▲, and apply them.
Slime is a ● attribute, so nobody can accept damage to ▲ and except damage. Your own attacks are not always hit, and your opponent's attacks are not always hit.
The aim is to make the battle with battle pencils even more exciting by having such a luck element to nullify. If you win with just the damage side, it's a bit boring.
Because I'm not familiar with the original world of battle pencils, there may be many things to push in, but I'm just looking for a game balance.
”What are you doing, Al?”
I was crazy about making battle pencils, but Silvio came to my room.
”Well, Silvio? When did you come in?”
”I just did it. I knocked over and over, but there was no answer.”
Silvio laughs while shrugging.
Apparently, I was so immersed in the work that I was blocking the sound around.
”I want to read back the book I lent to Al, what are you doing now?”
”I'm making toys that can be played in the room.”
”A toy? What kind of thing?”
She seems to be hungry for entertainment, probably because of her homeless lifestyle.
Silvio seems to have a strong interest, so I'll teach her to play Battle Pencil.
”Well, that sounds interesting! If I like it, can I paint the illustration?”
”Sirvio? Is it good, but it's fine and hexagonal, so it's difficult?”
”Yeah, I still want to do it.”
Fumu, Silvio is showing more motivation than expected.
