”You didn't sleep?”
She nodded, trying to keep her face away. But she subconsciously thought of the call that Zhu Zinan had made half an hour ago. She said a lot, and only advised her to give Fourth Uncle another chance to talk to him.

He then went to the bathroom to wash his face and change into his pajamas.

His heart was like a river of blood, and there was only a huge hole left in the void.

”I called. Even when I found out it was you, and heard her say it was the man who loved him the most, I still called... You can save her with your life, but what about me … ”Am I going to risk my life to not save a woman who is scheming against me?!”
The air instantly became deathly silent.
