In the evening, Dumby and the Nethermost Peacock returned from the Black Phoenix Mountain Range. Standing on the back of the Nethermost Peacock were three small confused little birds. They huddled together, trembling and looking at the strangers around.

From among the cluster of vigilant and angry eyes, Gao Peng picked up the fattest baby. These little peacocks had well-grown dark feathers. They looked like a slender crow. Though it was still a baby, its size was that of a goose.

”Let me go, let me go, or I'll let my mother beat the shit out of you,” the little peacock angrily said.

”Dang.” Gao Peng flicked its little brain. ”Any more nonsense and I'll eat you. Goldie come over here!”

Simply seeing Goldie, a terrifying bald creature, striding over was enough to shut the little peacock up. After a while, Gao Peng felt the little peacock trembling in his hand.

”Does anyone want this little bird?” Gao Peng asked Xu Qingzhi and the rest.

Upon hearing Gao Peng's inquiries, there was some interest. This was, after all, nestlings from an Overlord monster. As long as it was cultivated, it had the potential to grow into an Overlord monster.

After glancing at the Nethermost Peacock hesitantly, Xu Qingzhi ran to the little peacock and touched its head. He whispered, ”Would you like to follow me?”

The little bird was naturally not willing. But, it saw a look of warning in its mother's eyes. With tear-filled eyes, it could only reluctantly nod.
