After looking through her options, Jing Yun Zhao finally decided on a place. It's located somewhere a little a ways from Hua Ning County, but its advantage was that it had a large area. As long as the acquirement facilities were refurbished, it'd be ready for operation. The most important thing is that this factory also accommodated living quarters, so it would be convenient for the factory workers.
