103 - Twists and Turns With Deceitful Relatives (1/2)
Jing Yunzhao carried a guilty apologetic expression. Gan Jinchen opened his mouth but nothing came out. No wonder he felt so uneasy at dinner today. Jing Yunzhao was just so indifferent at dinner tonight, so she was actually hiding the situation from them within her heart.
He wasn't so petty that he would be angry at Jing Yunzhao over such a small matter, he just felt that her guts were a little too large.
Although setting a trap made the situation easier, the other party was the boss of a group of hooligans. He was definitely not someone he would want to mess with.

Both Gan Jinchen and Su Chu could only follow Jing Yunzhao's plan to leave the apartment complex, walking around the complex and through the alley and they arrived behind Qiao Hongye.
Seeing Qiao Hongye's anxious behavior to her surroundings only made Su Chu and Gan Jinchen believe Jing Yunzhao's words even more. Their hearts turn cold as their rage grew immensely. The world that they interacted with was purer. They had never seen someone who was filled with such malevolence, to gang up with a hooligan to steal other people's things!
Even if Qiao Hongye disliked Jing Yunzhao, they were still family who had shared a roof for over ten years of their lives!
”You are Qiao Hongye! This is such a coincidence! What are you doing here?” Su Chu restrained the flames of rage within her heart, squeezing out a smile and tugged on Qiao Hongye's arm as she asked.
”Ah!” Qiao Hongye did not think that anyone would sneak up on her and was momentarily frightened.
She turned her head around and was stunned. Why was Su Chu and Gan Jinchen here!?
Qiao Hongye was admittedly not familiar with the area, thus how would she know that that the alleys were linked via seven turns and eighteen twists?
”Yo-You guys… Why are you here?” She obviously saw them with Jing Yunzhao, and the three of them had left the apartment complex together to have dinner at the food stall. Even if they just left the food stall, why didn't they enter the neighborhood through the main gate but from another direction!
Hatred and disdain flashed through Su Chu's eyes for a moment, as she was almost unable to keep up her smiling facade. She curled her lips, ”We stay in this neighborhood, passing by this alley is extremely common. As for you… Looking around over here this late is a little strange though!”
