Zhou Jiamin knew Li Tianci well. She was sure that he must have made Xiao Man monitored or even controlled. That was why she decided to interrogate that bitch face-to-face.

Without giving a reply, Li Tianci stood up and walked outside. Zhou Jiamin followed him. Soon, they arrived at a coffeehouse. Li Tianci didn’t control Xiao Man. Instead, he made her monitored because he was tipped off that Madame Zeng’s assistant was going to meet her today and he planned to catch them all in one draft.

Xiao Man was waiting for Madame Zeng’s assistant indeed, but she felt shocked the moment Zhou Jiamin and Li Tianci entered. However, she was sophisticated enough to conceal her shock quickly.

“President Zhou, President Li, why do you come here?” Asked Xiao Man.

“What’s going on? Is there anything here you want to conceal from us? Why can’t we come here?” Zhou Jiamin said and took a seat. Li Tianci sat next to Zhou Jiamin while their underlings stood behind them.

Xiao Man smiled and said, “Not at all. I’m just a little surprised. What would you like to drink? I’ll get the waitress to come and serve.”

“No, thanks. Just sit with us.” Zhou Jiamin sneered. Wanted to tip off her accomplice? No way!

Xiao Man’s expression changed suddenly and looked very agitated. She forced a smile, which was no better than a weeping look. It was true that she made an appointment with Madame Zeng and her assistant to meet here.

Now, Zhou Jiamin and Li Tianci broke in, which meant their plan had been leaked out. However, any accusation was in need of evidence. As long as Madame Zeng and her assistant hadn’t shown up yet, they could only suspect.

At least they had no reason to heckle her today. If only she passed this trial, she would have time to escape. But Zhou Jiamin left no room for her to tip off.

Outside the coffee house, Madame Zeng was unaware of what happened inside. Two days ago, she was told by Xiao Man that the bitch Zhou Jiamin had begun to have severe symptoms of hallucinations and was about to commit suicide by cutting her wrist as Xiao Man incited her to do so.

Everything fared so well owing to Xiao Man. Madame Zeng was grateful to her and made up her mind after so many things have happened.

It was true that she was going to talk over the next plan today, but she had another purpose that is giving 30% of Zeng’s Group’s shares to Xiao Man, which was not included in the agreement between Xiao Man and her earlier. Madame Zeng added this provision temporarily.

But when she pulled up, waiting for the traffic light near the coffee house, Shen Mo jumped into her car.

“Young Master Mo, you let me frame Shen Yan and I’ve done with it to your will. Could you let me off?” Upon seeing Shen Mo, Madame Zeng felt like jumping out of the car to escape.

“Madame Zeng, why do you say that? You are a great helper to me. Couldn’t I do you a favor in return?” said Shen Mo. Then he took out his phone, “Stay calm. Watch this video first before you talk.”

The image of Xiao Man and the gang of Zhou Jiamin began to show up in the video very soon and the spot was the coffee house, where Madame Zeng and Xiao Man were going to meet. Xiao Man was on pins and needles while Zhou Jiamin and Li Tianci were at ease.

“How, this…” Madame was not a fool. She knew their plan had been seen through.

“Madame Zeng, I don’t want to be a last-minute helper. But you are too careless. Li Tianci is brought up in the gangdom. Don’t you see the scar on his face? He got it at the risk of his life.” Seeing Madame Zeng was mighty scared, Shen Mo chucked his phone to Zhang Hanyu aside.

Madame Zeng shut her eyes, “Yes, I’m careless this time indeed.”

“But you still have a chance to mend.” Shen Mo said in a light tone.

A chance to mend? Madame Zeng opened her eyes at once. That was true. Since he could set up a camera in the private room and monitor them, it meant they were under his control.

But the point was that the man sitting beside her was Shen Mo. As a shrewd businessman, how could he do her a favor out of no reason? For sure, he wanted something in return.
