“Do you still remember you’re my fiancée?” Shen Mo uplifted the corners of his mouth coldly. “You’re my fiancée, so why should you be jealous and incite Jiang Tao to make those remarks online?”

“You’re smiting with the tongue. I didn’t do that.” Zeng Mina was stunned and gazed at Shen Mo for a while. Suddenly, she burst into tears. “Young Master Mo, if you don’t like me, you can tell me straightly. You don’t have to speak ill of me. It’s true. Jiang Tao hid in my home because he feared the revenge from Shen Yan. Considering that he is your friend, I provided shelter for him. How could you suspect me? After she finished her words, Zeng Mina ran out of Shen Mo’s office with tears.

Afterward, Yang Ke’er told Xia Yu that it was Zhang Peng who had a talk with Li Wen, which made him feel humiliated. So, he didn’t appear in front of Xia Yu any longer. Xia Yu specially treated Zhang Peng to convey her gratitude for this. Zhang Peng was in ecstasy because he successfully handled Li Wen who was a headache to Young Master Yan. How could he not be so complacent?

Xia Yu just smiled at his childish behaviors. She was very content that from then on, she lived a tranquil life without anyone bothering her.

One day, she was reading some documents when Cai Yanyan went to her office, looking so woebegone with her eyebrows knitted tightly. Their executive told me that there was a supporting actress for me. The pay is ten thousand yuan for one episode. I’m so excited. When the film is done, I may become a hit. Ha-ha! Her eyes were shining with light, and she was grinning. She was so excited and happy that she almost flew up.

On one hand, Xia Yu felt happy for her. On the other hand, she was in low spirits because it meant Cai Yanyan would leave Tengfei since she was going to film and they couldn’t work together anymore in the future. Cai Yanyan reached out her hand and drew Wu Xiaogang’s arm. She looked very gloomy.
