They walk behind the cabin. Alone.
He sighs. His back to her.
”What is it?” She looks at him worried.
He shakes his head. ”Carrie..” He turns to her. ”I...I haven't been honest with you...”
She raises a brow.
”I-”
”Carrie? Carrie? Oh! There you are!” Mike walks behind Finn. ”Miley's looking for you.”
Carrie nods. ”Tell her I'll be right there.” She looks at Finn. ”Continue.”
He looks at Mike who was still standing there.
”Oh! Sorry!” Mike nods. Turning around. Walking away.
Finn sighs. ”Carrie look I-” He groans.
She crosses her arms. ”Finn, is everything okay? Just tell me?”
He nods. ”I want to...I have to..” He looks at the ground. Not dare looking at her in her eyes. ”I-”
”Guy!” Mike rushes to them.
”What?” Finn looks at him angry.
Mike looks scared. ”They're back! Somethings wrong!”
”We'll be there!” Carrie walks to Finn.
”Okay!” Mike runs back.
”Tell me later. Okay?” Carrie looks at Finn.
He nods. ”Yeah..”
She smiles at him before walking to the front.
”Shit..” Finn kicks the wall.
Carrie walks to the front. ”What happened?” She looks at the guys that came back.
Shawn was carrying Ellis.
”What happened?!” Eva and Miley both rush to Ellis.
”Some group of assholes came at us. They tried to steal our weapons but we fought them. Though..” Shawn set Ellis down on the ground. ”Ellis got beat up pretty badly..” He looks at his son worried.
”Well we'll take care of him” Miley exams his body.
Eva starts to tell Miley to look for any open wounds on his body.
Carrie goes to Shawn. ”Hey..” She hugs him tight. ”It's okay.” She can hear him sobbing a little.
”It's John's fault!” Joe yells angry.
Carrie looks at him.
”He did this to us! He came back and than left! Why? I don't know! Maybe because he was leading his pack of friends to us!” He growls.

Carrie goes to him. ”Stop it! John isn't the bad guy here!”
He sighs. ”Carrie I know hes ya uncle and all but-”
She slaps him. ”Shut it! John isn't our problem!” She looks at him. Angry.
”Hey!” Miley stands between them. ”This isn't the time to fight.” She looks at them both. ”Now if you want to help than first start by helping us tend to Ellis. He needs our help.”
Carrie stares at the ground.
Joe nods. He walks away.
Carrie walks toward the campfire, which wasn't lit. She sat on a log next to it.
”Hey..” Mike sits next to her.
She sobs in her hands.
He holds her. ”It's okay..”
She shakes her head. ”No it isn't...” She wipes her face. ”He's right...”
Mike looks at her surprised.
”Something was off about John..he didn't seem right..” She looks at him. ”Didn't you notice?”
He sighs. ”I've never liked him. You know that but I agree. He didn't seem all the way there. Maybe it was the timing?”
She shakes her head. ”No..” She looks at Ellis. ”I think he did have something to do with this..” She looks at him. ”Did the group look strange? At all?”
Mike nods. ”They wore overalls.” He laughs. ”But who knows.”
She sighs. ”Yeah..”
*Down in the cellar*
John hears them talking. He yells. ”CARRIE!” he screams her name knowing she won't hear it. But just wishing she could.
