12 Qi Transfusion (1/2)
When Quinn was recalling his past and deciding which ability he should inform his parents. Andre, Helena and Blake came to consensus about Quinn's future without his consent.
If any person from this world saw this old man begging for forgiveness and being so submissive, they would definitely pass out from shock. Blake was a legendary idol in the hearts of the people of Unigux. He's the Dean of Natal Dawn School who was a complete mystery.
Though the realm of his cultivation is unknown he certainly not a weakling. Natal Dawn School was the first School in the planet and the dean was known for being unreasonable and blatant shamelessness in his youth. He will never concede even if he was wrong. Seeing such a man accepting defeat is like seeing a blue moon on a sunny day.
Helena forgave her father after he totally surrendered as she knew Blake would never harm Quinn in fact he loved him very much. The only reason he did not come to visit Quinn till now was that he was closing up thus he was unaware about the birth of his grandson.
The moment he finished closing up he received the news about Quinn's birth and he rushed over here even without stabilizing his cultivation. This displayed Blake's unrestrained love for towards his only grandson.
After Helena accepted his apology all their expression turned serious and Blake took a long deep breath. Then he looked at the couple for a while it was like the time itself stopped and only after some time Blake let out a long and heavy sigh.
Then he stood and walked a few heavy steps, with each step he took the aura around him became more and more desolate and lonely. After 10 walking steps or so, he was standing few meters away from the table with his back towards the couple.
When Andre and Helena saw the old man standing there facing the trees, they felt choked from the sadness he emitted. He was standing there like lonely pole and it was like seeing an old grand tower on the verge of collapsing. Then Blake broke the silence.
”Helena you are my daughter.”
Blake spoke like he was stating a simple truth and after a small pause he continued.
”Andre you're like my own son. Before Crewe died he asked me to look after you two, it was his last wish. So let me share my deepest secret with you, initially I wanted to take this secret with me to my grave.” Then he turned around and looked directly into Helena's eyes.
Blake was eyes were filled with pain and he looked like recalling he was some painful memories. The previous calmness or gentleness or the aggressive aura he released were all missing instead he was dejected and defeated.
”Helena everything what I told about Wade and Suzy were lies. Your brother Wade did not disappear in the Mystery Fog Island and Suzy didn't get contracted with any devious disease.”
”The truth is Wade was also in the same situation as Quinn. No he even worse compared to Quinn, Wade had Grade 2 mortal body and Grade 5 mortal spirit.” When the couple heard this they both were stunned speechless. But Blake ignored them and continued.
”When we learned our son's constitution both of us were devastated. After that we searched for methods that could increase the mortal body or soul. But as expected we were not able to find any vial method except Qi transfusion.”
