”That's true,” Rose Young admitted. ”They were already engaged but that didn't stop Big Brother Liwei from making promises to me. And I believed everything he told me because…because I love him. The male officer curled his lip. ”Why would CEO Jin leave Iris Long for you?”

Rose Young felt triggered by the asshole's contemptuous gaze on her body, especially when it landed on her chest area. She straightened her back but then forced to make herself smaller again. This wasn't the time to flare up.

”Big Brother Liwei always tells me that…” She bit her lip as if unsure whether it was appropriate to say her next words or not.

”Go on, don't be afraid,” the female officer assured her. ”Just tell us.”

”He says that Iris Long is…not fun in bed. That she's boring. She only lays there without moving.”

The female officer raised an eyebrow but that only lasted for a second before smoothing out her expression again to show another kind but neutral smile. ”Iris Long can't satisfy Big Brother Liwei's needs.”

”So according to what you're saying, CEO Jin turned to you to satisfy his…needs?”

”Hah, unbelievable!” the male officer scoffed.

Rose Young felt the strongest urge to slap the asshole. Although this good cop, bad cop style was very common, it was still extremely infuriating especially since she was experiencing it firsthand. It was so difficult to restrain herself from scratching the asshole's face off but she still forced herself to not lose her temper. The situation was dire and she needed to do anything in order to save herself.

The female officer released a warning cough for show. The male officer became quiet again.

”Go on, Miss Young. Please tell us more about your alleged relationship with CEO Jin.”

”It's not alleged, it's real!”

She took a deep breath and continued speaking about her secret love affair with Jin Liwei. She told them about her fantasies, weaving them as the truth, until it was becoming difficult even for her to differentiate what was real and imagined.
