53 Chapter 53 : The Magical Effect in Maldives (1/2)

The sound of the ocean waves and the melodious chirping of the birds can be heard inside the Xing couple's bedroom. The two are still heavily sleeping and it seems that they don't have any plans to wake up yet.

It was already 7 AM and the servants are a bit anxious that the couple was not awake yet. They already cooked food for them and the scuba diving master is also present and waiting for the couple. They were afraid to knock since they are not familiar with the temper of the rich couple.

Apparently, Hongqi booked a scuba diving lesson and trip as their first activity in the morning.

The underwater is very beautiful during the morning and the sun won't hurt their skin. But it seems that he already forgot about it.

”Have they woken up yet?” the diving instructor asked for the nth time. Waiting was no problem since the rich Xing Hongqi paid him in full for the whole week they are in Maldives. The only problem is the viewing of the fever of stingrays[1], there is a specific time when they appear in the scuba diving site.

”We apologize. The madam was not feeling well last night so they might be resting more.” The female servant apologized to the famous diving instructor.

The diving instructor waved his hands and apologetically said ”Oh no, it's fine. I can wait but the stingrays might leave the diving site soon.”

Xiulan woke up feeling refreshed. Though she suffered and her body heated up like an oven last night, she woke up clear-headed and rejuvenated. On the other hand, Hongqi didn't get that much sleep since he has to monitor Xiulan's temperature. He didn't dare to be playful since he knew to himself that he won't be able to stop his lust over her. He fell asleep at about 4 AM.

She removes the duvet and walk to the comfort room to pee and took a shower. She was amazed that even the comfort room is beautifully decorated. The walls were wooden and there were plants inside too.

After she was done, she wrapped herself with a white robe and come out of the room. She rummaged her luggage for a summer dress and underwear. While looking for the bag with the underwear, her hands shook when she realized that there's another bag that she can't seem to remember that she added it.

She opens this unfamiliar bag and to her irritation, it's a bag full of sexy lingerie and swimsuits!

”Yikes! Who put this inside my bag?!” She angrily muttered. She looked deeper inside the bag and saw a small note, ”I prepared this for you. -your beautiful sister, Qiaohui.”

Xiulan quickly shoved the sinful bag inside the deepest parts of her luggage. She can't believe her sister is trying to be this supportive. She guessed that her sister might be the one who also commanded people to spike her drink or food.

After cursing her sister and didn't find the original underwear pouch, she went back to the comfort room to wear the dress and most decent underwear she could find inside the sinful Qiaohui's bag.

Then she brushes her teeth. While she was brushing, the door suddenly opens and revealed a half-naked Hongqi with only black boxer shorts. His eyes were still shut and he was walking towards the toilet. Without knowing Xiulan is inside the comfort room, he removes his boxer shorts and his cobra down there is already up to its glory.

Xiulan almost chokes on the bubbles inside her mouth. She has to spit it first before she was able to scream at him.

”Yah!!! What are you doing?! Get out!” She was heaving in embarrassment, her face was so red. She immediately covered her eyes with her tiny hands.

Hongqi was alarmed by Xiulan's sudden shouting and lazily looks at her. ”Love, why are you so noisy in the morning?”

”This man... you get out or put on those boxers! Gosh!” she hissed at him while covering her eyes. The shock of seeing his morning glory after all the shitty things happened to her last night was not helping her current status. Of course, the stimulant was not fully removed yet. The effect now was not that high anymore but her usual dull reactions didn't come back yet.

She had seen his cobra before when she was taking care of him in the hospital, but it's a different situation right now.

Hongqi didn't listen and continue his peeing. Xiulan quickly gargled while her eyes are closed and she dashed outside the room. She kept cursing him and cursing herself for having a reaction. She felt her body heated up a little bit.

”Damn, husband.” She silently and angrily muttered. She fumingly sat on the vanity chair and started drying her hair with a blow dryer.

After half an hour, Hongqi came out with his nakedness again and with only a towel wrapped on his waist. Water dripping from his hair and his naked chess was plump and red from the fresh bath. His six-pack was ready for everyone to drool over.

Xiulan glared at him through the mirror and went back to combing and drying her hair. ”Can he be discreet a little?” She silently grumbles.

”What's with you? So grumpy in the morning.” Hongqi briefly gazed at her with a snobbish expression before rummaging his luggage. He didn't understand her mood right now. Women are really complicated creatures for him, especially his wife.

Xiulan didn't bother explaining her grumpy mood. ”May I ask what is our itinerary for today?” She asked kindly to change the topic.

Hongqi was pulling out a white mid-length short and a red tropical flower shirt from his luggage before answering Xiulan. ”We're going to a diving site, island hopping, and then snorkel around the shore and then rest. I have a small yacht available for our little adventure. Tomorrow we're going to hike a small mountain and rest. Then the next day, we're going to skin dive[2].”

Xiulan felt tired just hearing their itinerary. She hates both swimming and hiking, on top of it all, they will scuba dive to the deep parts of the sea. She might lose her life anytime with these activities.

”Scuba diving? I don't know how...” Xiulan's heart suddenly quivered. She's not on good terms with the ocean and she's afraid that an unknown monster might pull her legs.

”Don't worry, I hired a professional scuba diving instructor. Actually, we are late to greet him.” Hongqi casually takes off his robe and put on his underwear and his remaining clothes while talking to Xiulan.

Xiulan had to pull away from her sight from him and stared at the skincare bottles in front of her that she arranged on the vanity table. ”Is that so? I'm not a good swimmer so you better not pull any tricks on me.” She warned him. She thought that this man might pull some naughty tricks at her.

Hongqi playfully sneered seeing his wife's reactions.After he is finished putting on the clothes, he sneakily came forward to her and purposely scared her by pointing the side of her stomach with his index finger.

She wasn't able to see him due to her head was bowed down while blow-drying her hair.

”Ah! Hey!” Xiulan gasped and hit him with a hairbrush. ”I'm really going to die early because of you!”

Hongqi laughed so loudly, his eyes were smiling too and his dimples appeared. He sneaks his hands on her shoulders and lowered his head to lovingly kiss her forehead.

Xiulan was caught off guard by the sudden sweet gesture and her eyes were glued to the mirror. They were both looking at each other using the mirror. Hongqi gave her a charming and boyish smile before he lets go of her.

”I'm going to greet the instructor. Just go outside when you're finished.” He said and took a small fanny pack before he goes out of the room.

Xiulan's heart was beating so fast. She heard before that if a man kisses the forehead, it means they respect that person so much. Xiulan blushes a little remembering that odd saying. She's not sure if she was just sensitive because of the aphrodisiac or her heart really fluttered.

After ten minutes, Xiulan came out of the room to greet the instructor and also to eat some breakfast. She immediately saw Hongqi's tall stature hovering everyone in the lobby.

”Instructor Dan, this is my wife Xiulan. I hope you can teach her patiently. As I said earlier, I already have a scuba diving license so I'm good to go.” Hongqi said and pulls Xiulan closer to him. His ninja hands were on her waist again.

Xiulan smiled and greeted the instructor. The instructor told them that the couple should eat first before he starts mentoring Xiulan.

After the morning breakfast, the couple moved to a black van.

”Where are we going? I thought I still have diving lessons?” Xiulan confusedly asked Hongqi. Add to her confusion, she has a small tote bag with swimsuits and extra underwear and dress. Hongqi told her to pack some since they will be going somewhere.

”We're going to ride my yacht then you can have your diving lessons.” Hongqi nonchalantly said and pull out his high-end laptop. ”I'm just going to check something.”

Xiulan pouted when she saw Hongqi's laptop. ”I should have brought mine as well.” She muttered and she realized that she hasn't even checked her email since yesterday. Also the forum, she must check what was happening in the IT community.

”You can use mine,” Hongqi suggested while his eyes were glued on the laptop's monitor.

”No need. My transactions are a little bit confidential.” Xiulan said and pulled out her phone to check Secretary Dandan's reports.

Hongqi's lips playfully curved. ”Are you still working with the government?” He probed. He really doesn't like the idea that his wife has this dangerous side jobs.

”No. I'm on a resting leave until next year from any government jobs. I'm just being protective of my email transactions in case you have data extractor in your laptop.” Xiulan said and gave him a suspicious look.
