The assassin stab towards the ground. Wei Yi Yi unfashionably rolled to the side. The blade struck down close to her face.

The edge were sharp and well maintained. It radiates an unspeakable blood lush. The realization scared Wei Yi Yi. She shuddered even though cold sweats run on her forehead.

Her years of training in martial arts and kendo are nothing but fancy moves in the face of an actual killer. She cannot even defend! Let alone initiate an attack!

When the assassin pulled the sword back, it struck a little, making him insert more effort. His hands cannot help but draw a large arc when he pulled it out.

Wei Yi Yi saw this and immediately tackled him. ”Run!” She shouted. Tang Mei reacted quicly and run. Jiang Yu followed after.

”To the main street!” she added.

If boss run anywhere other than the main street, I'm going to quick this job!

”Omp!” The guy received a bad fall and hit his head. Wei Yi Yi kick his sword away and sigh in relief.

After this---- what's comes after, ah? Gripping her own sword, it suddenly felt so heavy. Like a ton more. Her knowledge says that getting rid of pursuers are safer but--- shall we just hit him unconscious? The solutions she's coming up is scarring even her.

That moment of hesitation allowed the assassin to draw his dagger and create some distance. On his fighting stance, he glare at Wei Yi Yi and then at his sword on the ground.

With much deliberation, Wei Yi Yi baited the assassin into picking his weapon by creating some opening. She took this chance to run off too.

”Dammit!” she curse.

Holy Fudge! She only max out her complaining stats! She has none on strength!....Alright maybe a tiny little bit. But that's all gone with this body! Her mind works but not her body!

Wei Yi Yi saw Tang Mei and Jiang Yu not too far ahead. They were just about to exit this secluded street.

”There they are!” Another group of pursuers spotted the two.

Jiang Yu panicked when he did not see any of his guard around. He was about to turn left when Wei Yi Yi dash towards them and grabbed Tang Mei.

”Hey!” He saw as Wei Yi Yi run towards the busy street while absolutely ignoring him. ”Don't get the citizens involve! Someone innocent might get hurt! Wei Yi Yi!”

He have no choice but to follow when his empress pretend not to hear him.

After she was sure she grabbed the right person, Wei Yi Yi run towards the busiest street she saw then farther towards the market place.

Looking back, she saw Jiang Yu following them closely and then their pursuers at the farther back. Wei Yi Yi run inbetween people. This resulted on the people chasing them to tripping over people and stands.

They shoved people infornt of them but another person would walk in place. This frustrated them when they saw Wei Yi Yi and the others swiftly surfing the crowd and create more distance.

Voice of annoyance started to get louder in the market place. People, especially the vendors stopped these stranger from running, they intend to reprimand them.

Seeing them stuck, Wei Yi Yi stopped when she reach the intersection. Greedily inhaling, she stated, ”Let's catch our breath first.”

It easy to run but it's hard to chase someone running all over the place!
