Song Dei Si laughed ”Is it my fault? Why didn't you try to win me back when we were in Uni?”

”How could I when you said to me before that you had never even loved me? I still have my pride!” Yan Mor Tee scoffed.

”Where did your pride take you?” Song Dei Si asked.

”At the brink of heartaches when most of the guys in Uni wanted to court you and all I can do was to stop them before they did.”

Song Dei Si was astounded. ”Ooh just when I thought that I had lost my charm back then because no one dares to court me while Ho Min Lin and Tan Ja Nin suitors were lining up to them.”

Yan Mor Tee gave her an evil grin ”Of course, I have to guard you for myself.”

Song Dei Si pinched him again, this time at his butt.

”But that Lee Jin Ho, he has the guts to pursue you when he came back!” Yan Mor Tee said.

”Tell me, were you jealous when he started courting me back then?!” She curiously asked.

”Na-ah!” Yan Mor Tee tried to deny and would not want to admit it.

”Not even a bit of jealousy?” Song Dei Si asked again.

Yan Mor Tee looked at his little wife. ”Why should I? Didn't you ask me to be the father of your child, so from there I know that he would never had a chance!”

”Oh so that's why you've turned down my offer but then suddenly wanted to accept it when Lee Jin Ho came!...”

”I have guarded you from all the guys in Uni and to all the business tycoon that tried to pursue you, should I waste all my efforts and just sit down there while Lee Jin Ho wanted to snatch you away from me. No way!”

Song Dei Si laughed her heart out. The whole bedroom was filled with her laughter. She found it really amusing to hear these stories from Yan Mor Tee's mouth.

”I haven't thank Lee Jin Ho yet...” she said and gave him a smile. ”I should thank him for coming back or esle I would die waiting for you in vain...”

Yan Mor Tee looked at her with adoracion and played her hair with his fingers. ”Right, if it wasn't for him I won't be alarmed.”

”So you didn't stop loving me back then?” Song Dei Si asked and played his lips with her hands as he touched it.

”Not a single moment of my life....”

”But why did you say, you won't fall for me again while you were in the hospital?”

”It was because I was afraid that I will chase you away when I told you that I never stopped loving you...” Yan Mor Tee said ”You've said you never loved me and was just guilty of what happened to me so you stay by my side. You have missed the opportunity to study in Harvard because of your guilt”

Song Dei Si was astounded ”So you knew all along that I was supposed to study in Harvard but never left because of you.”

”Yeah and I felt awful about it. I wanted to tell you not to feel guilty and chase your Harvard dream but I was just too afraid that when you do, you and Lee Jin Ho will have an opportunity to be together in the same college and might fall for each other. I was so afraid that I chose to be selfish then...”Yan Mor Tee confessed his heart out.

Song Dei Si was silent for a while. She was still trying to digest everything that she heard from Yan Mor Tee.

”I'm sorry I was so scheming back then..but that's the only way I know on how to keep you...” Yan Mor Tee said.

”But I didn't stay because I was guilty...” She said after awhile. ”I'd stay because you need me...”

”Why did you say not to fall in love with you again when I was in the hospital?” Yan Mor Tee asked.

”It was because that's the only way I could stay by your side. Your mother never wanted us to be together. So I should rather be just a friend than to be a girlfriend who was being detested by your mother....”

”But she still didn't accept you thou.” Yan Mor Tee said with a pain on his voice.

”But at least she never chased me away from you...”

Yan Mor Tee stroked her glabella ”Have you ever regret that you lost your Harvard scholarship because of me?”

”It might sound like a clichè but No, I would still choose to stay here with you...” Song Dei Si said.

Yan Mor Tee smiled and kissed her forehead.

”Do you still want to study in Harvard? I can send you off there if you want...” Yan Mor Tee said

”Guilty?!” Song Dei Si lips curled up.

”No. Just tell me if you want it. If you wanted the world, I will do my best to give the world to you...”

”But you are my world, so the only thing that you need to do is to stay with me...” Song Dei Si and stroked his hair.

Yan Mor Tee nodded and smiled at Song Dei Si. He looked at her deeply and wanted to ask her something....even though it wasn't important anymore but he still wanted to know...”Xiao Si, why did you break up with me before?”
