Gu Ruoyun's entire body was powerless as she threw herself onto the bed. She was originally drunk, but now that Chu Haolong was tormenting her, she didn't have any strength left at all.

”Who is it?” Gu Manxue asked in annoyance as she walked weakly towards the door.

When he opened the door, he saw Chu Haolong leaning against the door with a cool expression. His handsome face was covered with a demonic smile.

”Right, I want to poison you, don't eat it.” Chu Haolong coldly snorted and said with a face full of disdain, ”I wouldn't be so kind to buy medicine for you. This medicine was ordered by Mu Ran.”

When Gu Ruoyun heard this, the difference became even more obvious. Since when could Chu Haolong be ordered to buy medicine?

She remembered how Chu Haolong threatened Mu Ran and Mu Ran had no choice but to accept it.

”Do you want to eat it? If you don't want to eat it, then throw it away. ” Chu Haolong's face was a bit unnatural from her gaze. He coughed dryly, stood up, and walked out.

Gu Ruoyun was truly confused by his actions. After taking the medicine, she fell into a deep sleep.

Yu Huan stood in the kitchen, grinding the coffee beans. As she looked down the stairs, a smile immediately appeared on Chu Haolong's face.

Chu Haolong helplessly sat on the chair and twitched his mouth, ”No, why do you have to pull me together with her?”

”You little brat, do you really think I don't know?” Yu Xiao's lips curved into a smile. After a while, he said, ”But I really do like that little girl, Xiao Xue. She's real, and simple.”

”Mom, what you saw was only her surface. She was pretending to be meek. Didn't you hear what she said to me just now?” Chu Haolong curled his lips, showing a helpless look.

”That's the real thing.” Yu Huan walked over with a cup of coffee and patted his shoulder. A satisfied smile appeared on her face. ”My son is already so old.”

”Don't look at me like that. My scalp is numb.” Chu Haolong slapped away her hand.

”Yo yo, you're blaming me for saying that? Weren't you the one who went to buy medicine for Snowy just now? ” Yu Huan giggled and pinched Chu Haolong's face: ”Why are you blushing?”

”How am I blushing?” Chu Hao suddenly stood up and looked at the mirror next to him. In the mirror, he was clearly not blushing.

However, when she thought of how her conscience had passed away, she felt heartache for Gu Qingxue. This child was also not easy to deal with. He had been lacking a father's love since he was young, and yet now he had become like this.

However, she really hoped that Gu Manxue could stay in this house and at least have the chance to take care of her.
