The day's journey passed quickly. Except for David, who was more of a normal person, the other three of them appeared to be unconcerned. Talley, on the other hand, mocked Yu Huan from time to time.

She hadn't done anything all day, but she was so tired that on the way home she fell asleep leaning against the seat.

When he got home, he received a call from Leaves right after taking a shower. The other end was in a mess, as if in a bar.

Without thinking too much, she went to the bar and found Leaves, who was already drunk.

Leaves hugged Yu Huan and cried out loud, but her cries were still drowned out by the music.

Yu Huan gently patted her leaves, but she didn't know how to comfort her. She didn't even know what was wrong with her.

Leaves shook her head heartlessly. Her eyes, however, were filled with sadness. It was so clear that Yu Huan could clearly see it.

She suddenly felt uneasy. Although Ye Wen was usually carefree, he was only hiding it from Ye Ci. Three years ago, she had been injured due to love and had come to France for a vacation. The two of them had a feeling of being together and living together.

”Something has happened to my family. I have to go back.” Leaves took a deep breath, her eyes red.

Ye Wen raised his head blankly, while a trace of gratification could be seen in his eyes.

Yu Huan took in a deep breath. She hadn't gone back for so many years, so she really missed it.

She couldn't help but to let out a sigh of relief. Looking at the time, it was already very late. She randomly rummaged through Ye Wen's bag in order to find a phone to call home, but found a small phone instead.

Her face was filled with astonishment. This phone was hers.

A few days ago, her mind was in a daze and she didn't know when her phone disappeared, so she didn't care and thought she really lost it. She just didn't expect her phone to be with Ye ZIchen.

What was the reason behind Chu Yufeng's statement that she couldn't get through to him on his cell phone?

He took a deep breath and switched on his cell phone. Sure enough, he saw a few missed calls from Chu Yufeng on the night of his accident.

With her cellphone in her hand, Yu Huan quietly sat on the blanket all night long until Leaves woke up.

”Are you stupid? Why are you sitting there? ” Leaves sat up, holding her head and scolding.

Yu Huan slowly turned her head and tossed the phone in front of her. Her small face was pale and devoid of any color.

Leaves took a deep breath. Her eyes had swollen like walnuts from crying last night, especially when she touched the phone.

Actually, she wanted to confess to Yu Huan yesterday. She did have the phone with her, so she left it in the car when she went to pick her up.

These days, she felt more and more guilty. Especially after hearing that Chu Yufeng was in a car accident and seeing that he was getting haggard, she felt more and more uncomfortable.

”Huanhuan, he called you a lot that night.” Leaves took a deep breath, adjusted her tone, and continued, ”I don't want to see you get hurt again, and I didn't see you in a good mood that night, so I rejected his call.”
