When they returned to the grill, they didn't see Chu Yufeng or Tully. Iris gave them a cold snort. He turned his gaze towards a rock not too far away and could vaguely see the silhouettes of two people.
Yu Huan's face paled. She pulled Bai Hao's hand and sat down, controlling herself not to think about what they were doing.
Bai Hao remained silent and passed the grilled sausage to her.
She was narrow-minded, and did not want to see the person she liked get close to another woman. Moreover, this woman was none other than her rival in love.
”Humph, you're still too shameless and overestimating yourself.” Iris harrumphed coldly, ridicule in his eyes.
Yu Huan took in a deep breath with difficulty. A sour feeling continuously welled up within her body as tears welled up in her eyes.
”Iris, don't go too far! Is Little Huan next to you? ” Bai Hao coldly berated.
Ellis glanced at them in disdain and spoke in a mocking tone, ”Bai Hao, who do you think you are? I was being toyed with by my sister, wasn't I? ”
”Enough!” Bai Hao's expression became extremely unsightly, he stood up and walked to the side.
Yu Huan took a deep breath and spoke indifferently, ”Iris, I don't want to argue with you, but you can't ask for Chu Yufeng. At least I have him. Is that the difference?”
Iris' expression changed. He threw the barbecue to the side and walked in front of Yu Huan, ”Yu Huan, who are you? What right do you have to talk to me like that?”
”Iris, what are you doing?” When Tully's voice rang out, she stood beside Iris and asked softly, ”What are you doing now?”
”Sis, I'm only teaching a lesson to an overconfident mistress.” Iris said as she crossed her arms and cast a sidelong glance at Yu Huan, who was sitting at the side.
Tully gave her a look and pushed her to the side. ”Yu Huan, Iris is still a child, don't mind what she says.”
Yu Huan raised her head and looked at Talley with an impeccable smile, unable to find any mistakes in it. However, the more it was like this, the more she disliked him because Talley was so perfect that it made her feel very inferior.
”It doesn't matter.” She sighed and set her gaze on Tully's neck. A purplish-red mark on his neck was so obvious.
Her face changed. She had obviously guessed what had happened. There was a trace of self-mockery in her eyes. She pretended not to care and lowered her head.
Her hand clenched into a fist. The sharp nails pierced her palm, but she didn't feel any pain.
Tully picked up a roasted wing and took a bite, then frowned. He waved at Chu Yufeng, who was standing behind him. ”Wind, quick.”
”What's wrong?” Chu Yufeng stood calmly by her side.
”Eat something.” She handed him the roasted wings she had taken a bite on and snuggled up to him with a smile.
Chu Yufeng didn't mind. He calmly ate his roasted wings without feeling that anything was amiss.
The corner of Yu Huan's mouth curled up into a self-deprecating smile as she cast her gaze towards the distance. She had really come here to make herself suffer for their love and affection.
She couldn't understand why Chu Yufeng would ignore her like this overnight. Was it because of that piece of DNA?
Her breath faltered. It was possible that Chu Yufeng had seen the result and knew that the two of them were related by blood, but he didn't have the heart to tell her, so he chose to ignore her in such a manner.
Deep down, she was a bit depressed. She took a deep breath and felt depressed. However, she couldn't change the result. What could she do?
The worry in her eyes deepened. It was as if all her questions were thrown at her. What could she do?
On the way back, Yu Huan leaned against the window of the car and didn't say anything. Suddenly, she felt as if she had broken away from the world. Who else could it be but Chu Yufeng? If Chu Yufeng really lost her, where could she go?
After she returned, she came out. She suddenly really wanted to see Ye Zichen. After all, she hadn't seen him for a while, so she really missed him a lot.
It was only after making a call that she realized Leaves was not in the city at all. Walking on the streets in a daze, she actually felt like she really had nowhere to go.
”Hey.” A familiar voice rang out from behind her. Yu Huan froze and did not look back.
”Little Huan'er, you're not even willing to turn around and look at me?” Ming Che Xuan walked in front of her and looked at her with a hidden bitterness.
Yu Huan didn't expect to run into Ming Che Xuan, so she couldn't help but pout, ”What a coincidence.”
”It's not a coincidence, it was Ye-zi who told me you were here.” With a face full of helplessness, Ming Che Xuan unceremoniously grabbed her hand and walked towards the teahouse at the side.
”Hey, Ming Che Xuan!” She struggled uneasily.
”It's been a long time, what's there to be afraid of?”
Only then did Yu Huan stop her struggle and allow him to hold her hand as they walked into the private room of the teahouse.
”Tell me, how have you been recently? How is he treating you?” Ming Chenxuan asked casually, completely ignoring her lonely expression.
”Not bad.” He sighed and twitched his mouth helplessly.
”Not bad? ”Then it's not good.”
