Inside the hospital ward, Yu Huan sat by the bedside quietly, looking at the fox-like man lying there with a smile on his face. She glanced at his injury and sighed.

”Chu Yufeng, do you really want to die?”

Chu Yufeng quietly looked at her angry face. He didn't seem to be angry at all. Instead, he felt a sense of joy from the bottom of his heart.

”Silly girl, I'm fine.”

”Can you be a little more normal!? ”Don't always take your life as a joke.” Even though her tone was sarcastic, it was hard to conceal the worry in her voice.

”Are you worried about me?” he asked softly, taking her hand, in the tone of a child who has eaten a candy bar.

Yu Huan glanced at him and took a deep breath as she looked at his wounds. ”Chu Yufeng, look at what you've done to yourself!” Her entire body is covered with injuries. ”

”I'm fine, I'm really fine.” He kept on comforting her while clenching his fists. Of course, he wouldn't be so stupid as to stab a knife into her heart. Otherwise, he would really help her and Gu Dong Cheng!

Yu Huan lowered her head. She felt as though her entire body was in chaos. The worry in her heart had faded, and fear had once again surfaced in her heart.

He was afraid that Chu Yufeng would imprison her like he used to. He was contradictory and said that he didn't like her, but if she really didn't have any feelings for Chu Yufeng, how could she be here now?

This demon had unwittingly burrowed into her heart long ago, it was just that she hadn't discovered it yet.

”Oranges?” Yu Huan played with the tangerine in her hand expressionlessly. Her heart was filled with worry.

Chu Yufeng was bare-chested, and the wounds on his body had already been bandaged. He stared at the young woman in front of him, his eyes filled with a doting expression.

Yu Huan carefully plucked at the tangerine. She held up a plucked orange in front of him. ”Here, you're not going to eat it?”

”Eat.” He smiled and opened his mouth and bit her hand. He bit off the orange but refused to let go of her fingers.

”Chu Yufeng!” As he bit her finger, she felt uncomfortable all over, as if the entire room was filled with an ambiguous atmosphere.

”Hmm?” He asked softly, his brows slightly raised, the corners of his mouth curled up, ”Next time you call me Feng, even the fact that my name is given to you makes it seem like we don't know each other.”

Yu Huan took out a piece of paper and angrily wiped her fingers, ”When have we become familiar with each other?”

”Is it considered familiar?” Laughing, he took her arm and yanked her toward him.

After saying that, he lightly kissed her on the cheek. ”Actually, you're inviting me, right?”

Hearing his words, Yu Huan's face turned bright red as she glared at him, ”I'm not like you, who only think about that!”

”What is it?” ”You should at least say it out loud.”

Yu Huan's face flushed red. She didn't want to bother with him and angrily walked out. However, she coincidentally bumped into the dark night at the entrance.

He indifferently swept a glance at her and passed the tray to her. ”Master's lunch, I'll have to trouble Miss Yu.”

After speaking, Midnight directly closed the door. Yu Huan looked at the tray in her hands with a depressed expression on her face. She then placed the food in front of him.

”Eat.”

”So cold.” Chu Yufeng looked at her with a smile in his eyes. ”Feed me.”

”You didn't get any injuries, so I don't need to feed you, right?”

”You woman, can't you be a bit more compassionate?” Chu Yufeng laughed lightly, his eyes full of laughter.

Yu Huan felt his joy and couldn't help but raise her head to look at him. After a long while, she asked, ”You actually thought of that.”

Even though he said that, he still couldn't help but pick up the bowl, ”Open your mouth.”

Chu Yufeng obediently opened his mouth and swallowed the entire spoon. After that, he slowly finished eating; his actions were extremely ambiguous.

”Chu Yufeng, can you be more normal?” she finally asked angrily.

Chu Yufeng looked at the raging Yu He's laughing voice and said, ”Yu Huan, ever since I met you, I've never been normal. Not even a second.”

His words were extremely serious, and did not seem like he was joking.

”I'm not a psychiatrist. What do you think I'm doing?” She lowered her head and pretended not to see his expression.
