Ming Xin's face alternated between green and white. She was so angry that she was trembling. Once again, she raised her hand in an attempt to hit Yu Huan. She really didn't think that she would be so arrogant, even though she was only a mistress.

When her hand was blocked, she looked at Yu Huan who was tightly grabbing her wrist with a strange expression on her face.

”Miss Ming, I'm not someone you can hit just because you want to.”

Yu Huan's eyes were cold as she looked at her. A trace of a mocking smile appeared on the corner of her mouth as she slowly walked outside.

”Yu Huan, let me tell you!” No matter how arrogant you are, you will not be exposed! ”

She came out of the bathroom with a stiff face and clenched fists. She was right, she couldn't see the light of day, no matter who she was following.

Regardless of whether it was Chu Yufeng or Gu Dongcheng, they were destined to never see the light of day.

”You didn't see the person you wanted to meet?”

As he walked over, a pleasant smell wafted through the air. His words caused Yu Huan's body to stiffen. He already knew that even coming here would be part of his plan.

For what? Asking her to meet with Gu Dongcheng? How is this possible? With how strong his monopoly was, how could he let her see Gu Dongcheng?

Yu Huan was stunned as she was pulled to her feet. Her mind was filled with shock. What was Chu Yufeng doing? Get her to call back?

”What are you doing?” When she walked to the door, Yu Huan hurriedly shook her hand and asked. She was shocked by his action of saying that the wind was rain.

”No one can hit my woman.” He gently caressed her cheek, his eyes filled with determination.

Yu Huan felt as though she was being protected. She couldn't help but stare at him in disbelief.

”Don't doubt me, I always do what I say.” He narrowed his eyes. ”Except to let you go.”

Chu Yufeng dragged Yu Huan to the main hall. It wasn't until he saw Gu Dong City that he realized how wrong he had been.

This was originally Ming Li's birthday banquet, so if they beat up his daughter, wouldn't that be smacking his old face? Besides, there were so many guests here. Mingqiang was part of the army, so he couldn't accept Chu Yufeng easily.

”Chu Yufeng!” She quickly grabbed his hand and looked at him nervously. ”No way, let's go home!”

”But you were beaten.” He pursed his lips, a sharp glint in his eyes.

”It's alright, let's go home! ”Hurry up!” She tried to pull his hand toward the door, but it wouldn't budge.

”Chu Yufeng! No matter how arrogant you are, you can't possibly fight him openly, right? Are you stupid? ” She cursed angrily and continued to pull at him with all his might.

Hearing her words, Chu Yufeng's eyes lit up. With a smile, he obediently took a step towards her. ”Are you worried about me?”

”This is the truth! If you don't give him face, he will definitely come looking for you. Don't be like this, let's go home, okay? ” Yu Huan anxiously coaxed.

”Alright, let's go back.” He smiled broadly and took her in his arms, feeling, for the first time, how good it was to be her concern.
