”Huanhuan? What's that sound? ” The knocking became more frequent.

Yu Huan's heart leaped into his throat as he gritted her teeth so hard that they almost bled. It was unknown whether Chu Yufeng did it intentionally or not, but his movements were extremely violent. Every strike he sent toward the depths of her soul.

”Dad, I …” No problem, the glass … ”He cut his hand.” Yu Huan replied nervously as she endured the trembling that followed his intense movements.

”Really?” Yu Chen Bao asked curiously.

Aunt Lan sat huffily on the sofa, while Yu Jin whispered something into her ear. Yu Chen Bao's expression was also unsightly as she drank her tea gloomily.

”Dad, what happened?” Yu Huan asked in bewilderment.

Yu Chenlei looked deeply at Yu Huan before sighing and said, ”Something has happened to Young Master Chen.”

Yu Huan didn't seem to care. She sat down next to Yu Chenlei and asked calmly, ”What happened to him?”

”I heard that there was a car accident yesterday, and my entire right arm was squeezed out. I'm still lying in the hospital.” Yu Chenlei let out a sigh and lightly patted Yu Huan's shoulder, ”Huanhuan, don't worry. Father won't let you marry me because of what Master Chen has done.”

Her mind unconsciously connected with that person who was laughing like a fox. Yesterday, he had asked Sir Chen which hand touched her and which car accident happened to hit her today, and even just happened to break her right hand? Was there really such a coincidence?

”I'll find you a good one tomorrow.” Aunt Lan interjected, looking like she was planning something for her.

The corner of Yu Huan's mouth twitched. Her eyes were filled with coldness as she replied, ”No need, I have a boyfriend.”

”You have a boyfriend? Is it that man? ” Aunt Lan asked. The ridicule in her eyes was getting deeper.

”Yeah, why didn't you say that you have a boyfriend?” Yu Chen Bao quickly asked.

Yu Huan looked at them coldly with ridicule in her eyes. The boyfriend she mentioned was just an excuse. Just a young master Chen could already tell what kind of person Aunt Lan was introducing her to.

If she were to compromise again, who would know who would be the one to introduce her to?

”We haven't known each other for long, and our feelings are still very shallow.”
