Gu Linxi turned around and returned the hug to Jiang Jiayi's neck. The two of them lightly touched their foreheads. Gu Linxi's breath sprayed onto Jiang Jiayi's face, giving it a faint feeling of warmth.

”Why do I feel like you seem to be saying more and more romantic things? ”Jiang Jiayi, did you hide something from me?”

Jiang Jiayi smiled and pinched Gu Linxi's cheek. ”Guess.”

Guess, she wouldn't. It was really tiring to guess and guess. Gu Linxi loosened her hands and sat back down.

There didn't seem to be a single feeling of reality in the current situation. Gu Linxi felt that she was truly a woman with exceedingly strong emotions. Even though she was already in this state, he still felt that there was something she wasn't satisfied with. It was probably because she was too worried about losing everything she had so far, which was why she had so easily let her thoughts run wild and worried about her gains and losses.

”Jiang Jiayi, do you love me?”

”Gu Linxi, I love you.” I don't even know my own name, but I do know that I love you.

Just like Gu Linxi, Jiang Jiayi's heart was filled with unease. Love begets worry, love begets fear. His uneasiness stemmed from not knowing his name, and even more so from knowing that Gu Linxi's love for him was based on the fact that he was Jiang Jiayi.

If one day she found out that she wasn't that Jiang Jiayi, then wouldn't she be able to retract her love?

Both of them said the words ”I love you”, but both of them suspected that everything was just a reflection of the moon.

”Xi Xi, do you love the me of the past a bit more, or the current me a bit more?” Jiang Jiayi hugged Gu Linxi from behind, seemingly unintentionally asking this question. Even though he knew the answer, he still wanted to hear it from Gu Linxi's own mouth.

”What's the difference?” After thinking for a moment, Gu Xiangxi still answered Jiang Jiayi's question, ”Naturally, I liked your body a bit better back then. Back then, your body was very warm, and hugging you now is like hugging a mobile refrigerator.”

This last sentence was naturally a joke, and Gu Linxi didn't know how to respond to Jiang Jiayi's words. This was because in Gu Linxi's opinion, there really wasn't much of a difference between the two. The only difference was that the current Jiang Jiayi seemed to be more approachable. Unlike before, he still needed to be coaxed from time to time.

Jiang Jiayi truly did not have many good points. However, she just liked this person and did not know how to express them. There were many emotions that could not be traced back to their roots. They all depended on faith and a feeling. She felt that she was born to wait for that person to appear, and now that person had appeared, why didn't he go and grab him?

”If I wasn't Jiang Jiayi, would you still love me?” Jiang Jiayi asked in a low voice.
