1516 Come On, Lets Fight! (1/2)

”Xu Que, why are you still here? Quickly run away! A group of people from the Taekwondo Club are looking for you because they want to make trouble and teach you a lesson.”

Several people, led by a girl with short hair, hurriedly rushed over and spoke anxiously to Xu Que.

Xu Que froze. ”Taekwondo Club? Why were they looking for trouble with him?”

”Really, why did you provoke the Taekwondo Club for no reason?”

”I know you were just standing up for us, but there was no need to spread the rumor everywhere that the Taekwondo president had practiced Taekwondo so much that now he suffers from premature ejaculation.”

”Last night, didn't I text you and tell you to go hide for two days? But you're still here!”

”Let me say first that if we really end up fighting, our Wushu Club can't help you!”

This small group of people had rushed over, and everybody started talking at once, trying to tell Xu Que that he needed to make a quick escape.

Hearing this made a big impression on Xu Que. Considering that they were actually in his world of memory, his real memories had been enhanced, leading him to recall quite clearly what had happened back in the days when he was in college.

At that time, the reason that he had provoked the Taekwondo Club was very simple. He had simply done it to stand up for the Wushu Club.

The Taekwondo Club believed that the Wushu Club was useless and that it just took up space and resources, so thus had no reason to exist. Hence, it applied to the Student Committee to cancel the Wushu Club.

Although Xu Que was not a member of any clubs, he was classmates and friends with several people from the Wushu Club and did not like that these Chinese Martial Arts were looked down upon. At that time, he had ruthlessly challenged the Taekwondo Club to a one-on-one fight.

Who knew that the Taekwondo Club would make a dirty move, and, while agreeing to Xu Que's challenge on the surface, they secretly found someone to teach Xu Que a lesson and make him mind his own business. It was obvious that the president of the Taekwondo Club, Wu Hui, didn't want to respond to Xu Que's challenge.

Fortunately, Xu Que hadn't suffered a beating. Instead, he had returned to school and begun to spread negative rumors about the president of the Taekwondo Club, mocking his sexual inabilities.

This series of events had also annoyed the other people in the Taekwondo Club. President Wu Hui had personally vowed to make Xu Que pay the price.

Therefore, according to the ridiculous symmetry of the world, the day that Xu Que had chosen to confess his love to Lin Yuxi was also the day when he was faced with revenge from the Taekwondo Club. Xu Que had not hidden from the club members, but had chosen to walk around all day with his professors, giving him protection.

But now that he had returned to this day in his memory, Xu Que didn't have his professors around to protect him anymore.

He had gone through so much fighting and killing in the World of Cultivators, and his vision had broadened. It was impossible for him to feel that dealing with several college students would require a painstaking amount of effort. He actually felt that this was a waste of his time and was totally unnecessary.

It was only dealing with a few students who practiced Taekwondo. What was the big deal? If they were unhappy with him, then they could just fight.

After all, he had his System. What was he scared of?

”Okay, okay, stop rambling and blathering. Since I said that I would help you, I will definitely help you.” Xu Que waved his hand, interrupting the verbal assault he was undergoing by several students from the Wushu Club.

These classmates had had a good relationship with him, but this time they really didn't want to have any trouble with the Taekwondo Club. Back in the old days, Xu Que had jumped out and said that he would help, but ended up making more trouble for them.

Now, that the people from the Taekwondo Club were looking for Xu Que to make trouble, the people from the Wushu Club were conflicted. If they didn't help Xu Que, it would be disloyal.

But if they did help, they were very clear that they weren't able to beat the people from the Taekwondo Club. When the time came, if they lost embarrassingly and word of this got out, wouldn't it seem like Chinese martial arts were not as good as Taekwondo?

This would let the people from the Taekwondo Club prevail.

But Xu Que's calm attitude confused them more than a little bit.

Even though everyone knew that Xu Que had practiced before and had no problem in fighting one or two ordinary people, facing many tens of people from the Taekwondo Club, what chance did he have of winning.

Where did his confidence come from?

”Xu Que, don't fool around. This time, the group of people from the Taekwondo Clubs are angry for real. They've already started to gather people,” the short-haired girl said.

Xu Que smiled. He had some fond memories of this girl. Her name was Ji Shengnan, and she had been a senior, one year older than him. She was a masculine sort of woman who was cheerful, liked Wushu, and, most important, was good-looking. Before Lin Yuxi had joined the school, she had been the campus belle.
