113 Goblins Town (1/2)

'I vow that I won't leave this place after destroying every one of them!' He thought as he turned around and activated his face of death, turning back to goblin's form after leaving his words to the woman's corpse.

Then, he looked around him, observing the busy goblins, and carefully sneaked in the massive cave which isn't guarded by anyone.

Ding!

< You've entered the Goblin's Lair! >

The system's woman-like mechanical voice rang in his ears as he stepped inside the cave. Entering the cave, Kim Shin felt an eerie feeling when he saw the dimly lit massive tunnel that seems void of life, as a sound of dripping water could be occasionally heard deep in the cave.

Fortunately, there's a number of torch on the wall. Therefore, he isn't obstructed by the dark, as he discovered the dozens of feet ceiling of the tunnel.

The scenery is dank gloomy as though a single misstep will end to his deathbed. Then, after observing the surroundings for a moment, he began to move forward carefully, as his footsteps echoed around. Although he's in goblin form, he's uncertain if there's a mechanism here that can discover his disguise. Thus, taking extra caution won't kill him.

While walking, he realized that the ground is quite smooth for a cave that usually had a rough surface. While the wall, on the other hand, is a bit craggy.

Shua!

An aquamarine map interface appeared on the left side of his vision after he summoned it. Looking at the map, although all the places he has been through the only cartographed on the map, Kim Shin could discern that the tunnel would go for a few more minutes.

And then, after a few minutes as the route just turned left, he discovered a pair of green goblins holding a crude throwing tomahawks, as though they are on their way outside. The pair of goblins didn't even look at him as they passed.

'Normal goblin won't be able to uncover my disguise!' He thought as he proceeds forward, without looking back at the pair of goblins. After that, a few more minutes passed as he ran across a couple of goblins before he eventually heard the chattering, and gawking noises of the goblins in the distance.

Hence, without wasting more time, Kim Shin increased his pace as he then arrived at the wide circle-flat surface where a goblins town situated.

He was utterly dumbfounded at the scene of the goblins working left and right. Their numbers are uncountable. Probably, more than five thousand, he's not sure at all.

Staring ahead, Kim Shin calmly walked forward, filled with determination in his eyes. Arriving in the front of the Town's gate, Kim Shin was stopped by the two Level 10 red hobgoblins, clad in breastplate armor, and armed with a broadsword.

”Guaghk?” The hobgoblin in his right asked in an inaudible voice that perplexed him. He couldn't understand what the hobgoblin's saying. Are they asking for an entry permit? He doesn't have any slightest idea. Is this the time to fall back for now? No, I can't go back now.

”Guagrh?!” The hobgoblin raised its voice as it slowly walked toward the cautious Kim Shin whose preparing to attack at any moment. But then, as he was about to move, the hobgoblin took his wooden bow, and immediately backed away as he was about to punch it.

”Graaugh?!Guaa…” (Do you need to be so violent? I just want to take your weapon.)
