”I don't know. I felt her presence, and she just appeared.” Kazuto replied while drying Niken's wet clothes using his magic. These days Kazuto has become increasingly skilled at using magic because he often used magic to track Niken's whereabouts.

That's why he could dry his clothes with Niken efficiently without running out of energy. It's just that he did not know how to wake Niken.

”Why doesn't she wake up?”

”Niken,” Kazuto could not hide his extraordinary relief, finally meeting again with his inamorata.

”Kazu?”

Kazuto immediately hugged the girl tightly as if he was afraid Niken would disappear from his sight again. Niken also felt relieved that she had returned. Her hand clutched Kazuto's clothes enjoying the man's arms.

When she was surrounded by the evil mermaid, she could see Merylin among the other evil creatures. Even though her face had completely changed for the worse, Niken could see a small black tiara on her head, signifying her identity as a royal princess.

The beautiful Merylin, who was so cheerful and childish, now turned into a terrible monster. And the monster really wants to eat her blindly. If Flynn hadn't saved her on time, she might have been the evil mermaid's food.
