51 Comfort of Home (1/2)

Mai face grew red as she thought about what Han Bing was going to do. Mai regretted that she couldn't remember a single thing that had transpired the night before.

”Can't you wait” Zheng Li said while rolling his eyes. ”Seriously, she just got here you should show her around the house a little. Maybe even present the garden area, you know just some suggestions.”

Han Bing glared at Zheng Li but said nothing to disregard what he had said and nodded.

Mai laughed at the two men in front of her, they were so different from their first encounter that she was amazed that they were the same people who had locked her up in a room.

They both turned to glare toward Mai who just laughed even harder than before.

”What would you like to do today Mai?” Han Bing asked lightly as he was determining what there future plans should be.

”Umm” Mai started ”perhaps the garden, it did sound nice.”

”Okay the garden it is” Han Bing said while grinning at Mia ”you are going to like it a lot.”

Mai's heart fluttered as she stared dreamingly at Han Bing. Being able to hear him talk and act carefree sent intense joy through her system. Mai felt as though everything that she had been through was worth sitting here with him enjoying the moment.

Han Bing wrapped his hand around Mais gently rubbing his thumb along the top of her palm in small sensual strokes.

”Ugh really!” Zheng Li shouted out playfully as he saw that Han Bing wasn't done teasing Mia. ”Well I'm going to go do … other things now… call me when lunch is ready”

Mai watched Zheng Li walk down the hall until he was out of sight. Once he was gone she looked over at Han bing and glared at him ”you didn't have to make him run away you know.”

”But, it was to easy! You should see what it's normally like to get him to go find other things to do” Han Bing said while chuckling ”seriously he is like a leech.”

Mai's mouth dropped open at the thought of Zheng Li being a leech ”really a leech?” Mai asked as she tried picturing Zheng Li attaching himself to Han Bing and not letting go. ”I almost have some competition for Han Bing” Mai thought to herself.

”Well he doesn't go away and just accompanies me around, sometimes i'll even catch him attempting to secretly follow me, its most absurd!” Han bin said.
