”Who was that?”

That voice shook Sophie's heart, it beated fast, she suddenly sat up on the bed, she began to feel anxious and nervous. She felt like her world was over, thought like ”Has he heard everything?, what is he going to do to me?, what should i say?” ran to through her mind. Chris noticed she was in daze, so gently walked up to her, he squat and the cupped her face with his warm hands which made her snap back to her senses.

Why do look so tensed?; Chris asked with a calm and alluring voice that spread a warm aura through the entire room.

”Oh...No..nothing” her voice stammer as she replied.

You sure?, you looked really anxious when i asked who was on the phone; Chris looked concerned now.

No..no..am fine, really. And i was just talking to mom; She replied still feeling nervous.

Oh, How is she doing?; He asked

”Umm, she is doing great” nodding her head vigorously.

Ok. Well i came to say breakfast is ready; Chris then stood up and left the room.

”i think he didn't here anything”. Even though she thinks he may not care about her after there deal ends, she still didn't know why but she just can't let him distrust her. She just can't let it happen.
