13 THE PLAN. (1/2)

At the office, Chris sat on his swivel chair and felt like just stabbing himself thinking about his father's situation, and suddenly it stroked his mind, an idea. He took his phone and calmly dialed a number as the person on the other side answered. They exchanged pleasantries then chris asked;

”Please doctor, i want to ask you a question. if a person has a lung disease, can they be cured?”

Well,It depends on the type of lung disease. Some are uncurable while some can be treated only to prevent the inevitable(death) for sometimes, so i have to know which type it is before i can conclude; the person on the line answered.

Ok i will be coming to see you tomorrow, can we please make an arrangement for a test; Chris requested with a cold voice.

ok no problem Mr. Chris, i will be waiting for you. It should be by 9am then, i hope its ok; the person on the phone replied.

Sure no problem, thank you doctor; Chris said as he ended the call.

Chris knew his father will not willingly go to the hospital with him so he had to find a way to take him there. He thought for almost 20min and then alas!, he got a plan. He called his cousin James(who is a famous designer and CEO of L&G Designer wears[they make clothes, shoes, jewelsries and everything a person can wear] which was owned by his father).

Hey cous, how are you doing; chris asked with a joyous voice.

What do you want chris?, i know whenever you call me and sound happy, you want something; James answered.

Oh, so now i can't call my cousin just to talk; chris said

Oh cmon, cut the crap. i know you; James answered as he laughed a bit.

I want to talk to you about something important about my dad, but please promise you wont tell aunt about this; Chris asked as his voice turned cold.

Wow, is everything alright, what can't i tell my mom; James answered sounding worried

My dad is sick James; Chris said with his voice sounding like he will burst into tears any moment.

What do you mean bro?; james asked sounding even more worried.
